DB Heating Cooling

We upgraded our furnace to a Heat Pump system, which gives us the option of having both heat and AC. DB Heating Cooling walked us through the entire process from education about our options to installation of the system. Dave assessed our PG&E bill to help us make the most cost and energy efficient choice to serve our long-term needs. He managed all permitting and inspection aspects of the job on our behalf, and his team installed the system flawlessly. The workers were professional and extremely respectful and careful throughout the process. The team was proactive in reinforcing and sealing all of our vents to increase airflow efficiency, and a representative from DB was present for all inspections (HERS and City). The inspectors were impressed with the work and expressed a great deal of praise for DB Heating Cooling. We are delighted with our heat pump system and highly recommend this company!

We had a great experience with Dave and his team! We had a gas furnace replaced with a heat pump (so now we have air conditioning too!). It was all so easy. Dave thoroughly discussed our options of heat pump - he was extremely knowledgeable of the products, how to employ them, the advantages and disadvantages of each. We even changed our minds at the last minute and he was so gracious - did not miss a beat. It took about 1.5 days to complete the job, then an extra couple hours for HERS testing. His team was as knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous as Dave. Each team member made a point to inform of us next steps. Great, great service!

Dave and his team were super. They put in a dual zone Mitsubishi heat pump, replacing gas furnaces, and a State heat-pump water heater, replacing a gas water heater. They were thorough and professional and fast. Their work was excellent. They worked well with the city of Carmel to get needed permits. And they were kind enough to indulge my desire to make everything look perfect. Pricing was reasonable, which I know because I had the same units put in a second home in CT. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

From start to finish the whole team was communicative and helpful. Scheduling was easy and the prices were fair. Cas came out to service two furnaces at my grandparents' home. He even followed up several days later to confirm everything was running well. I am a real estate agent out of the East Bay and am helping my mom prepare for the sale of this property. I’m retired from being a contractor myself for forty years. Dave and his crew did an excellent job. Ivan and Victor were extremely courteous and professional. The "sign off" sheet is an excellent idea. We will continue with them on an annual maintenance schedule.

The owner, Dave is great at explaining and providing detailed information in helping us make a decision on the options for replacing our 23 year old gas heating system. We ended up going with a heat pump system which was made more affordable with various incentive rebates which he helped us navigate as well.
