Met with Ivan. Really appreciated him going over all of the information and the options for my husband and I. The professionalism and knowledge he presented us was definitely something that you don't see often at the same time it was like talking to a friend. We are really excited to see our bills go down but even more excited about the peace of mind we will have with our new system and it's warranties. Install and post install inspection was just like I expected it to be as well. Do not do business with this company!!! They solicit door to door in neighborhoods at night all while looking in cars walking through grass in yards and walking up to you even if your in cars! When asked what they needed they state they are partners with Duke Energy to pass out information about replacing your HVAC unit. This is soooo unprofessional and creepy! As a woman it was very uncomfortable! It is obvious that the management is not looking at or care about reviews when sooo many concerned citizens have complained repeatedly about these same thing! Market your business the right way! And stay out of our neighborhoods especially at night!

I met with Ivan from Chill Brothers in Morrisville, NC to learn more about their $2,000 trade-in program for replacing my 10-year-old HVAC unit. While we didn’t finalize a new unit purchase, Ivan took the time to thoroughly explain the program, answer my questions, and clearly outline my trade-in options. Julius did an outstanding job explaining the buy-back program to us and was able to get us set up for a new HVAC system. Julius was very informative and respectful. The Chill Brothers' team definitely puts quality over quantity.

I won't do business with a company with employees who ignore not one but two no soliciting signs. When the person disregarded my signs - one that says no soliciting do not knock or ring bell, he agitated my dogs, who barked and woke up my baby. Complete disrespect for my property. I answered my Ring doorbell and told the person I was not interested and he told me he was "assigned" to my area of the neighborhood. I said I was not interested and he left a door hanger anyway. Maybe he couldn't read? I will not be hiring this company for ANYTHING.
