I had Fuse install a ducted heat pump and air handler system recently, and the whole experience was great. Chester and Dmitri were the installers, and they did an awesome job. Super professional, easy to talk to, and really knew their stuff. They paid attention to all the little details and made sure everything was neat and clean when they finished. The system’s running perfectly, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I’d definitely go with Fuse again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Had a wonderful experience working with Fuse for my heat pump water heater installation. The whole team was very professional and efficient each step of the way, and I knew we were in good hands the moment we signed the contract. Our technician Ben B, and his assistant were timely, respectful, and hardworking. They were very responsible and stayed well into the evening to troubleshoot when the water heater was having trouble connecting to our wifi. The rebate team then proactively reached out the following morning to get the rebate process started immediately. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely be hiring them for future projects!

Just WOW! Alexander and helper Sergei did an absolutely A+ job installing a mew Gree heat pump. Very professional. They bring all the right equipment to install and test; kept area spotless. And extremely polite. This is the second job with FUSE and we live these guys!

We replaced our gas furnace with a heat pump to operate a mini-split system for heating and cooling. Fuse was very responsive and attentive in the days leading up to the installation. Maximo and Slava, who carried out the installation, were both very professional and courteous. They were careful to minimize dust and debris and left the house clean.

We had a leak from our tankless water heater. We may end up replacing it soon in the end, but the staff from Fuse didn't try to push one direction or another -- and actually recommended trying an inexpensive fix first and seeing how it holds up before I would decide on a major replacement/overhaul of our system. I really appreciated their friendliness, professionalism, and honesty. Would recommend them just for that.

Ben did a great job upgrading our gas water heater to tankless. Highly recommend! Anton @ his HVAC crew were efficient, tidy & collaborative during new heat pump install and post work to explain updates. Highly recommend as well.
