BUYER BEWARE - They have a great sales team, but their maintenance department is horrible. We bought a brand new unit 2 years ago and it has never worked well because they had a botched install. We have contacted them multiple times. They refuse to make it right. For example, just last Friday we scheduled a maintenance appointment because our two year old unit is not working and our house is 80 degrees. They no call no showed us after we took off of work for the appointment. When we called, they said they would look into it and never called us back. I’m so disappointed. Because they refuse to help us fix their own mistakes, we have called in multiple second opinions who have told us that it would just be better at this point to install a new unit. I have never left a negative review in my life, but we in part picked them because of their reviews and I wanted other consumers to know that if you buy a new unit from them and something goes wrong you will be on your own.

High pressure sales tactics, Goodman products, while asking for 5 star review. This is my review after 13 months. I regret purchasing from Paramount. Do your homework and shop local. New Goodman AC/Heat Pump installed late first qt 2024. Furnace started making noise within weeks of install. Called, two techs responded. Stated they couldn’t hear it. Before walking out, the older tech told the new tech to tell me they ordered a part. The tech stated to me they ordered a part and would call me when it came in. No contact. No part. They lied to make me feel good. I’m ashamed to say that it briefly worked. Months later, I had a surge to the mother board, they came out and after multiple attempts, fixed it. Stated they would put on surge protector and didn’t. Surge protector should have been installed originally with whole unit in April of 24. No attention at all was paid to the duct work in the house or cleaning it before install. The blower now sounds like a rocket ship about to blast off. Although it’s under warranty, I hesitate to call a company that doesn’t care about its customers. Happy shopping!

I have worked with Paramount and, specifically, with James for several years now. From the very beginning, I was incredibly impressed by Jame’s professional, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable interactions with me. In my most recent interaction this week, it has become clear that I’m either facing increasing maintenance issues with my 10+ year old system or I need to replace it. James’ straightforward explanations that detailed the pros and cons of both sides of that coin made it easier for me to decide to replace it. Additionally, he negotiated a great price for me and he offered a top notch payment plan as well. I’m certain that I would have been skeptical about proceeding with the replacement if it hadn’t been for the trusting relationship I had developed with Paramount and with James. His patience, his clear explanations, and his personal stories in combination made my decision one that I’m certain is the right one for me. He and Paramount always go the extra mile.

Hunter was my technician and he was very professional letting me know he was on his way. He took the time to resolve warnings I had showing on my wall thermostat. Then worked on the real problem. Refrigeration issue. He letting me know everything he was checking and was able to get an appointment on the day I called !

I found Paramount at one of the Home & Garden shows. No hustle or big advertising budgets. Just a local company with a crew that has not failed me nor disappoint. I’ve had many different crews or techs visit and they’ve all been solid reps. Regular tune ups are key! Nothing is cheap. And you wouldn’t want to invest in this type of equipment that is more about the sale (which means it’s more about repairs). I had options, I had good advice, and I am very pleased with the whole team at Paramount.

I have been extremely happy with the service and professional skills from Paramount for our HVAC servicing. Ian has been great to work with and super nice guy. Paramount has also been very timely with follow-ups and when we have needed them. Brian B.

Paramount tries to get people out as quickly as possible. Most times they get someone out the same day as they did today. Andrew Antinian did a great job finding our problem and fixing it. I have had great success in using this company and technicians.
