I had an emergency situation visiting from Florida. My daughter was giving birth to their child today and the air conditioner did not work. I also had the one year-old at home with me. Brandon came out assess the problem went and got the part and installed it. thank you very much for making the family safe.

Eric was awesome. Very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease . A very honest man . He pointed out the Military discount . A master at his craft which is nice to see . If I have any problems in the future your company will be the first I call because of him and Victoria. Thank you guys so much.

The technician was polite and tolerated my dogs being his helpers. He did figure out that I blew a fuse while installing my new thermostat. The service was $99 and $79 for a $2 fuse. The estimate to clean my blower wheel and AC was $1200. My AC froze again after he left. I think $1200 is extremely expensive.

Happy Customer. Noah came out on Saturday and helped us diagnose the issues with our 18yr old system. We opted not to band-aid but replace. Tuesday Jason and Brandon showed up on time early and had the furnace and AC replaced in a few hours. The new unit is much larger and more capable. Everyone was professional, friendly and capable. Took all the old stuff away and left everything clean and tidy. Thank you!

I switched to this company because the technician of New Albany Heating and Cooling came to my home quickly, diagnosed the leaking, and did everything professionally. The charge is reasonable. The person truly cares my concerns. They know what they are doing. Very smart staff, efficient, straightforward. Specifically, Scott Peterson is friendly, frankly, and honest. I recently had the pleasure of working with Noah Beeli who truly exceeded my expectations. After calling for help, he arrived the same day and quickly assessed the issue with my A/C unit. His professionalism and extensive knowledge about the systems were evident from the start, as he explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. Although the price was on the higher side, the speed and efficiency with which he fixed the issue made it worth every penny. I was impressed with how quickly he resolved the problem, and I can now enjoy a cool and comfortable home again. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of A/C repairs!
