Built a new home in 2002, always had issue with air movement. When new furnace was purchased from Brookwood in 2024, they did air flow analysis, updated ductwork, etc. Amazing the difference with air flow, heating, cooling etc. Mike Wood knew his stuff.

I wish I could give this no stars. Since Nate has left Brookwood I will no longer be calling them. Nate was amazing and explained what he was doing when he’s done work for the house.

I hired Brookwood to complete a water heater replacement. They installed the water heater and the new water heater was leaking the next day. 3 service calls later the water heater valve was "professionally" tightened to stop the leak. Never had drain issues in 23 years and now the drain is clogged and overflows onto the laundry room floor. I regrettably reached back out to Brookwood. They refuse to come review/assess what this new issue is and communicated we'll need to find another business. I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review - in fact I never have. But when it's warranted then it's necessary.

We had a few bids before getting our A/C and Furnace replaced. A few days later, Brookwood reached out to us to explain our quote and gave us multiple different options in tiers (good, very good, better, best). A month later, we started to have problems with our A/C so, we told them we were ready to move. In a matter of 3 days, they had my system replaced. They told me I'd be without air for one day between 8am-5pm. They got the job done by 2pm! I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I had them out to thaw out my frozen water lines and they stated it would be around $300. I decided to walk outside and I could hear them saying that they were going to stay longer to make it $300. The language use was terrible, swearing up a storm. After I signed the written invoice for a set amount and they were in there way. A few days later I decided to check my bank account and noticed that they took $50 extra dollars out of my account. When I called them I got a couple different stories as to why they did. I was not happy. After some talking they finally agreed to refund what they had ILLEGALLY taken from me. I don't know how many others they have done this too, but I highly encourage that if you have used them, to check your account as it was again, illegal. I had a written invoice. I would advise people to stray away from this company as I know they do not have the sufficient time to diagnose problems with heating and cooling systems.

They went above and beyond my expectations of removal and installation of my water heaters. Very quick, professional and great workers! I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

We bought a mfg. Home in June. We wondered about getting ducts cleaned as we notice a fair amount of dust and at times, a musty smell. Our neighbors referred us to Brookwood. Mike (the owner) came and inspected our unit, inside and out, checked our ducts and, gave us SO MUCH valuable information about caring for the many aspects of our home in addition to the HVAC system. While the ducts can't be cleaned as they are flex, we gained so much more with his visit, without charging us. We will for sure call when the need arises and SO appreciate his expertise, time and desires to help us.
