Reeves Heating and Cooling

I had a wonderful experience with Reeves Heating and Cooling. My AC broke down on the hottest day of the year and my family recommended I call Jack Reeves, saying he was great! I put in an inquiry Sunday evening and Jack called me on Monday morning and put me on his schedule. He came to my house and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. He even cleaned my unit to make sure it continues to run well the rest of the summer. Before he left for his other stops for the day, he went to my basement to make sure everything looked good with the HVAC. He was very kind and the repair was very affordable. I made sure to get added to their customer list as I 100% found my heating and AC experts. Thank you so much Jack, I truly appreciate it! CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!

AC went out July 2 with temps in the high 80s. Sent requests to a few service companies and Reeves was the first to respond. Communication was always timely. Part arrived next day and they were out to fix soon after. Couldn't be happier. Best experience with a service company in over 30 years of owning a home.

I want to say thank you to the Reeve's Team for providing great products and service for a recent installation of a furnace and air conditioner for one of our daughters and her family. Jack was great about getting the problem assessed very quickly and discussing the options in a clear way. He helped us evaluate our options based on the short-term, and long-term, value of each option. Jack explained the rebates available and helped us get those activated after our decision was made. We did not feel pushed to make a decision, but well informed so we could make the best choice for our daughter and her family. Within a 1/2 hour Tim was here after I placed a service call. He located the issue in matter of minutes. Because electrician I had over the winter had shut the breaker off is what he thought the problem was. I mean he even knew to ask me if I had any any electrical issues over the winter. My leg is in a immobilized brace so he went to basement and sure enough he was correct. Reduced my bill even because he said he "really didn’t fix anything ". Well yes he did! I know when I need it again it will work. Thanks again for the excellent service. Will recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

We could not have been more pleased by the service we received from Jack and his crew. The young men who worked on installing a new furnace and air conditioner were respectful and efficient. They made certain that everything was clean and tidy when they left. We had not used Reeves Heating and Cooling prior to this but we will use no one else in the future!!

Jack, Kristin, and the rest of their team is great to work with. With no heat during the winter, they were able to get out to my house within a few hours of the call, diagnos the problem, and fix it. I would recommend them to anybody looking for quality work.
