We have had Comfort out three times and have had a WONDERFUL experience each time (yes, even though we had to pay them:) For the first couple of times our builder had installed some venting incorrectly. Figuring out why we were having problems required much problem-solving and even more headaches to fix it. On all the visits, the staff was professional and timely and very, very knowledgeable. For our most recent need (a detailed inspection for a home sale), we searched and searched our files to find Comfort's name and phone since we could not remember who we used last time but wanted to make sure we used the same company. Ryan came out and did a thorough job and provided us the documentation we needed. Really nice people and really know their stuff. Can't speak highly enough!

If you are looking for truly superior Heating/Cooling company - stop, because you just found great one. I had to change double furnace heating system in a hurry, got a little bigger house. Guys - crew show up on time. Very professional, absolutely helpful with a lot of "practical" maintenance hints, super knowledgeable and … nice! Price was very competitive (!!!) they will NOT "milk customer" and there are NOT "pushy" to make sale (!). We have moved to Paris KY from Chicago and we do know what we are saying! Comfort Master is outstanding. We just installed a Geo Thermal system and everything went smoothly. The transition was painless and the techs were courteous and diligent. I would highly recommend Comfort Master for your heating and cooling needs.

I have been working professionally with Comfort Master for the past few years -- Butch, Scott and Brittany are awesome to work with. I called them about replacing my extremely old AC unit and within a day I received a quote including all labor and materials. A few days later I called and Brittany was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Today I had Doug and Jacob out to install my new evaporator coils and the new heat pump -- which required disassembling and moving my furnace out of a small closet. It took them most of the day to disassemble, install the new unit and put everything back together, but they were extremely friendly, thoughtful and experienced. I am very grateful we chose Comfort Master and am happy they stand by their products! Highly recommend!!!!

ComfortMaster is certainly customer driven. We had an AC emergency with a severely asthmatic tenant and CM responded quickly and efficiently to replace our unit. They managed a one day turn around and bent over backwards to address a minor glitch that occurred along the way. Their office staff is professional, caring, helpful, and talks the customer through all options regarding both product and financing. Pricing is fair and reasonable, there is no up-selling. Installers are well trained and personable. Appointments are timely and communication about same is superb. I would recommend without hesitation.
