I would trust them to help my grandmother without taking advantage of her. Very transparent pricing. No BS, no "sales tactics", and no pressure. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the other company I got a quote from. If you can tell him what kind of unit have have he will give you price to replace it right over the phone.

His knowledge and expertise were top notch and being able to tag along with him allowed me to gain a little more insight as well. Value HVAC helped me in a last second need and were amazing! I had some duct work that needed fixing and all of the other companies I contacted told me they were to busy to deal with a small project.. but Value not only was willing to do it.. but had someone out SAME day!
