David Malcom is a rare gem. He is honest and not only fair, but downright generous. I believe there are very few times that the answer to your problems is to "replace the entire HVAC system". If that resonates with you, then CALL DAVID! He has the expertise and PATIENCE to diagnose the issue, saving you thousands of dollars. Of course the issues are going to be resolved when you replace the entire HVAC, but that’s a downright scam from greedy, lazy companies that will happily take you for every penny. There is a reason my plumber just listed his NRH home at 1.7 Million dollars. Don’t be gullible with contractors, there are still honest people on this planet.
