I recently had my heating and air conditioning system installed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I called, the office staff was great — they understood the urgency of my situation (my A/C had gone out during a heatwave!) and got me an appointment right away. That kind of responsiveness is rare and so appreciated. The technicians were nothing short of amazing; incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained every step of the process clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. What truly stood out was how they went above and beyond—taking extra care to ensure everything was running perfectly and leaving the workspace spotless. I highly recommend this team if you're looking for reliable HVAC installation done right the first time and service with a personal touch.

Each and everyone of them were not only extremely pleasant but very knowledgeable in their work. They worked hard and got the job done. We are more than satisfied with the outcome. Dean was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and polite. My wife, Karen, and I enjoyed meeting and talking to Dean. He went to work immediately and answered the few questions we had for him. Thank you for a pleasant experience. The young lady who set up the yearly service was extremely nice. I wished more companies were as easy to work with.

I am very happy with my experience with Comfort Experts. I had another company come out to check my AC and they quoted me over $2500 for a new blower motor. I looked through my paperwork from purchasing my house and noticed the previous owners had left the paperwork from the unit’s installation and that it was done by Comfort experts so I called to see if there were any warrantees or anything. The owner kindly helped me over the phone and set up an appointment for the next day. The technician was very thorough and checked everything and tested the cords, the motor and everything. When he bypassed a few settings it was able to work again. I am so happy I called them for another opinion! I will definitely continue as a customer!

Very knowledgeable. Friendly and great communication. I would recommend Trae and Comfort Experts to anyone. Trae went above and beyond to repair the unit, clean up everything. He was able to get it all in just a couple of hours. He’s the best.

DEAN!!! I cannot say enough great things about this individual and the company overall. I’ve been a customer of comfort experts for a few years on all my properties and strayed away when I had an unsatisfactory tech. I’ve since returned due to needing professional intervention in a pinch and I’m so glad I did. Dean was fast, reliable, and excellent at communication no matter the time (because like most Central Valley homes, AC tends to have problems after hours). Not only did he respond after hours and provide a detail quote but he walked me through my options and gave true recommendations on what he believes is the right thing and if it was his home. So glad to be back in touch with a familiar company and work with an all star like him. I higggghly encourage anyone needing HVAC to reach out and ask for Dean!!! He’s the man!

Avoid Comfort Experts Heating & Air at All Costs We have had nothing but frustration, disrespect, and negligence from Comfort Experts Heating & Air, and especially from the owner, Frank Konrath. Our experience with this company has been one long chain of incorrect diagnoses, delayed service, and unprofessional conduct. First off, we were repeatedly told the issue was a breaker — which was completely false. The breaker was perfectly fine. After further inspection from another professional, the actual issue turned out to be a bad capacitor. This was a problem Comfort Experts refused to properly address—that there was no need to check the capacitor or compressor, or any other AC—that it was bad breaker and needed to be replaced-But that wasn’t true, and had it seen by a different HVAC Contractor who verified the breaker was fine, and after the professional came out, the issue was identified to be the capacitor. The capacitor had already been replaced, so why wouldn't they check it? Since it malfunctioned previously...? We’ve also had to replace a thermostat that took over a month to obtain and install. Meanwhile, we were left without heat during the winter and air conditioning during high heat, all while being fed vague explanations and zero accountability. Their communication is non-existent. On multiple occasions, we reached out through calls, emails, and even Facebook Messenger, only to receive the same automated message, and no response for four days, and going a month without heat due to their inability to communicate WHY they were having trouble finidng a replacement thermostat, didn't communicate with us No follow-up or resolution was ever provided after the messages, despite repeated attempts to contact them… I also texted Frank Konrath to his direct number, who never texted back or followed up when I alerted him to these recurring issues... When we did finally speak with owner Frank Konrath, his behavior was rude, condescending, and dismissive. He talked over me (Kim) repeatedly, treated me like I was stupid, and even threatened to cancel our manufacturer warranty if we sought a second opinion. Thankfully, we contacted the manufacturer directly, and they confirmed that we are fully within our rights to hire any licensed professional to service our system. Frank’s threats were HIGHLY unprofessional. They have no interest in anything that cost THEM money, or having to do warranty paperwork regarding their clients.
