I had called this company because the cooler at my gas station stopped working. I needed to replace a part, technician told me the part would be around 200-300 over the phone after lookin at my unit. After he replaced the piece he handed me his phone, not even a printed invoice. $160 for service call, when I made the appointment over the phone no one told me there was a service call and usually if there is a service call it’s only around $50-100. Then for 2 hours labor $390 dollars. The part that he changed was $563!!! In total I was left with a bill of $1,181.33 for a job that should have been max $600 dollars. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFFF!!!

Jesus came through for my family and I. He was prompt, very informative and professional. My refrigerator had stopped working and I was overwhelmed with a party that I’m planning for the weekend. He gave me peace of mind explaining exactly what was wrong with the appliance. The price was fair and didn’t break my wallet. I would definitely use Pro Edge again in the future. Thank you!

Came out and did an amazing job, I was very please with their customer service and communication. Our technician was Miller, he was very helpful and I highly recommend if you do go with this company, to ask specifically for him. I will be having this company as my go too for all my AC services. Had 4 guys in total come out 4 days in a row for the same problem and ended up spending $1400 for no fix in my unit. Have a local ac repairman here now that has gone through the work that was done by Pro Edge and stated numerous incompetencies in their work. First 5 minutes of the first visit I was told that the motor was blown, which it wasn't. Then the brand new thermostat I had was faulty, it wasn't. And a few more things that I can't remember. Be careful using this company. Everyone was friendly but had a lack of knowledge in their field of expertise.

Our hvac failed to perform on Sunday am. On Monday I called the service I normally use. A new technician came and after he checked the unit, he said the repair would cost $3500. I told him I wanted a second opinion and search online. Pro Edge contacted me and arranged for a technician to come to my house. In short order he repaired the unit and explained in detail what was broken and how it functioned. Best of all, the total repair bill was less than $300 dollars. Pro Edge has a new customer.

Definitely a five star business. They are honest and efficient and know what they are doing. My wall heater was not working and I initially had a different company come out to look at it. The other company did not disclose that they were charging a diagnostic fee, they told me afterwards that the repairs will cost $1500 and that other company suggested that the heater is so old and should be replaced. They said they can replace it for $2900. I called Pro Edge services to get a second opinion and I am so glad I did. right away the owners send a technician out the same day to look at it. even on the phone he said, "are you sure that this cannot be repaired? it sounds like a lot". the technician came out promptly as scheduled and shortly after fix the issue and only charged me $200 for the repairs. I cannot praise this company enough.

This was a terrible experience. The tech came out, diagnosed the problem with the drier, and said he needed to order a new heating element because mine was bad. Estimate was given which included 3 hours of labor, but I was advised that if it took less time, I would only be charged for the time it took. Part was ordered and return visit was scheduled, with an arrival window. Tech showed up significantly after the stated window (approximately a hour late). Replaced the heating element and the drier still didn’t work. Then he said the problem was the circuit board, not the heating element. Took back the heater element and ordered the circuit board. Was told the circuit board was a little more expensive than the heating element, but would charge me the same price because of the misdiagnosis. Scheduled visit to replace the circuit board. He arrived late, (but only about 20 minutes after appt window). Replaced the board, flipped the breaker, and got the drier working, in about an hour. But then ended up charging me the original quote, including the full three hours, because the circuit board "cost a whole lot more" than the heating element. Tech was not able / willing to give me numbers though -said I would get an email from the office later. (The price I later found on line was $190.89 for the circuit board - not much more than the heater element at all.) Addendum: Shortly after I posted the above review, ProEdge called me and agreed to refund me $200 off the price I had paid -- which made the cost much more reasonable and in line with the part cost and amount of labor. I do appreciate that refund. It still is frustrating that it took three trips to my home to fix the problem, and that I spent hours waiting around for the technician to show up. At least my drier is now working!
