J & D Residential HVAC has always been very responsive and timely over the past several years of using them. This year they again responded quickly to troubleshoot a problem with my heat. After 3 weeks of running emergency heat and me having to contact them to get updates, I ended up calling another service provider that addressed the issue within 48 hours.

Dave was extremely polite, kind and professional. As far as price, I only called them, so I can't say if they are reasonable, low or high. I would hire them again if needed.

Dave is the best! He is so helpful and reliable! He always shows up when he says he’s going to be there and he does a great job! He went above and beyond helping us get our new unit! Thanks Dave!!

We received great service from J & D. Our wall-mounted heating and air unit went on the fritz after a storm, and they were able to come out the day we call to take a look and diagnose the issue on a holiday weekend. They were also very quick to install a new one when we figured out the old one was beyond repair. We definitely recommend their service!

Dave, my technician, was great. He got to my house as quickly as he could in the middle of a winter storm when I had no heat. He fixed the issue in a timely matter and checked up a few days later to make sure it was still working! Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
