Rapid response definitely lives up to its name with an immediate reply and next day appointment. I worked with Vance Watkins and he was quick to solve the immediate issue to get my ac back up and running. Unfortunately, there were deeper issues with the house causing my ac issues but Vance backed up his diagnosis with readings and indisputable evidence, he was patient and very knowledgeable with all my questions, and I felt like I could really trust him and his recommendations. I hope I do not have more issues with my HVAC but if I do, I will make sure to use Rapid response and hope I get to work with Vance

I highly recommend Rapid Response! I reached out and they came out the very next day because there was a burning smell coming from our vents. Turns out it’s just the dust burning off, but they were very thorough in checking our units to make sure there were no serious issues. We ended up subscribing to their membership plan to stay on top of the maintenance and it’s very affordable. Very very happy with them and couldn’t recommend more!

Jay Hatch did a great job resolving my A/C issue Punctual, Knowledgeable, communicated well and even took before/after photos and sent to me so I could see exactly what he did. Then he added a little preventative step so it won’t soon happen again. Very Professional Service!

David was our technician and he did a wonderful job. We needed an emergency fix and he was super prompt, transparent about our options and gave us the space to figure out the best solution. Within a few hours our leak was fixed because of his professionalism. Highly recommend this company and most importantly, David. Thank you for getting us back to normal life.

Vance came to help us install a thermostat that we couldn’t figure out the wiring for. Turns out the thermostat was bad/ didn’t work. He returned the next day when another thermostat we bought and installed ourselves wouldn’t power on and got it working. Minus one star as I was NOT happy that Rapid Response’s answering service did not introduce itself as AI and caused a very confusing/ frustrating interaction. I strongly believe AI needs to be clearly disclosed any time it is being used or I am being forced to interact with it.

Neal did an awesome job! He was prompt, kind, honest, and trustworthy. I’d would definitely recommend him for all hot water heater needs.
