I signed up with Element Heating Cooling and Refrigeration for a maintenance plan for our furnace and air conditioning. Mike was on time for our appointment and did a full inspection and tune up on our system. I am very satisfied. With the quality of the service and would highly recommend this company to take care of your heating /cooling needs.
Mike did a fantastic job getting my AC unit running again because of a broken part. He was responsive in setting up time to service the unit, and fixed the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend Mike and Element for the fast , affordable, quality service. I would definitely call Element again for future HVAC needs.
My husband and I are quite pleased with Element HVAC. Mike checked out our furnace and made sure everything was ready for the winter. It took a load off our minds to say the least. We also were having issues with our smart thermostat. Mike diagnosed the problem and we had him replace it with a new one. I am so happy that we chose Element HVAC. We will have him come back in the Spring to make sure our A/C unit is up to the task for the summer weather. From setting up our appointment to the day of service communication was fantastic. Mike came out and replaced our gas valve! We’ve been without heat for a week, He was very prompt and fixed it so quick, if you need anything relating to furnace especially with the winter coming up this is your guy. THANK YOU MIKE!! Great guy, great company
Mike was wonderful! We had him here for a second opinion. Our AC was not working, we were told we needed a whole new system. He fixed the problem for us which the other company wouldn’t even take the time to do. He is now our go to AC/ Furnace guy. Thanks Mike!
Service specialist Mike went out of his way to come out last minute to service my furnace. My family and I were without consistent heat with the temps reaching in the negatives. He was very respectful, answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He was able to correctly fix my furnace quickly allowing consistent heat in my house for my family. Honestly the entire dealings from start to finish was second to none. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
