These guys are absolutely amazing and I would work with them again and again. I recently purchased a house and was shocked to find out that the furnaces were over 50 years old. I was quoted 20k from another HVAC company in the area but I felt as though I was being overquoted and sold unnecessary things as a first time homebuyer. As I was scrambling to find other HVAC companies, I found KandK. Jerry came out for the free estimate and walked me through everything that needed to be repaired. He answered all my questions and worked with me to find a reasonable solution, saving money where we could. I was able to schedule with them right away. Jerry was so sincere and honest. Josh and Nick did an amazing job repairing all the outdated equipment in less than a day! I was amazed at how nice the new furnaces looked in so little time. I am so glad this is behind me, just in time for the cold season. If you are considering another company in the area, just don’t waste your time. These guys are your guys!

This company 100% earns every 5 star review. Just had them install a new trane ac system and it went great. From the person who came out to give me the quote, to the owner, to the guys who came and did the install. Josh installer and kyle for the quote! Top notch service and they actually care about the customers needs and issues. Ian and Brian did a wonderful job today! Heating and a/c units successfully installed, quicker than I expected. They kept me posted on their progress, answered all of my questions and trained me on the new thermostat, changing the filter and miscellaneous maintenance. The system they replaced was 34 years old! I am a happy customer.

Gilbert arrived early (which I appreciated) and cleaned the boiler in order to get ready for winter. I have K & K clean and inspect the boiler every year so that there will be no problems when the temperatures drop. Gilbert worked quickly -- he was finished in under an hour. He added photos to the emailed invoice so I would have a record of this year's inspection. He also mentioned keeping an eye on my mini-splits (K & K installed 4 two years ago) and I appreciated the heads up and what to look for so there are no issues in the future. Thanks Gilbert! Ian and Brian were fantastic. They installed my new furnace and air conditioner with professionalism and faster than expected. They took away my old systems thoroughly and left my home spotless. As good as they were, I never would have gone with this company if it were not for my salesman. He told me what to expect, explained the units available and made suggestions. He did not try to upsell me on something I did not need. I interviewed several companies and I am so happy I went with K & K.
