From start to finish, our experience with this fireplace service was excellent! Lisa in the office was so pleasant and helpful, making the scheduling process easy and stress-free. Marshall guided us through ordering the logs with great knowledge and patience. And Lou, our service technician, was right on time, kind, and incredibly professional. He did an amazing job replacing the logs, cleaning the system, and making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. What a wonderful team to work with — courteous, skilled, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend them!

A few weeks after my annual gas fireplace service i used it for the first time and I noticed that the flame was too high. They came out the same day I called and Lou, the technician made the necessary adjustments and remained on site to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. Very happy with the prompt response and Lou took the time to explain everything he did.

Very happy with McNamara! I switched to them last year and so far, they've done a variety of repairs and services on my furnace and AC system. The folks on the phone are always great, and the techs are nice and super knowledgeable (shout out to Brandon). I've been through four HVAC companies in the past 15 years and have been disappointed a fair amount, and ripped off at times. The people at McNamara seem like a better fit for me.

Andrew, Michael, and George did an amazing job installing my two new units and were very professional and meticulous throughout the process. For many years now we have been delighted with our purchase of our Valor fireplace-stove from McNamara and this includes the annual maintenance service we have received. The new technician (for us), Shawn, continues in the tradition over the years; skilled, pleasant , a man who works carefully and cares about doing his work professionally. All this is much appreciated and, in this spirit, we have included McNamara A/C services to our check-list.

First and foremost, it must be said that we had a fantastic experience dealing with McNamara across all the steps in getting our new fireplace installed. My wife and I made an impromptu visit to the McNamara showroom in search of a fireplace for our new construction home. Debbie took the time to show us multiple options, thoroughly explain the process for selection and installation, and was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. The same could be said for each member of the McNamara staff that we had any interaction with. As someone in the construction industry, it can’t be overlooked that McNamara’s installers were a great representation of the company. They were on time for the scheduled install, the quality of work was spot on, and they left the work area clean and neat once the job was complete. In all of the steps associated with building a new construction ground-up home, dealing with McNamara has been one of the easiest and most seamless parts of the process. We would strongly recommend using them for any fireplace installation – a wonderfully run business by a core of great people. Thank you!
