Smith Cooling and Heating

I've been using smith cooling and heating for almost a decade and they're the best. Before I had Smith, I had a disastrous install done by a different company, and Smith were recommended to me by one of the towns top contractors to come clean up the other company's mess. Smith has since installed all of my heating and cooling systems (i have an old big house with several systems). Every time a handyman comes to my house and they see how well Smith installed the AC, heaters, ductwork etc, they always comment on how nice the install looks compared to other companies. They give clear upfront pricing before they begin work and stick to their pricing even if the job is harder for them then expected (again I have an old house that can present unforeseen challenges). All the systems they installed have been working great and I Would highly recommend to anyone.

Can’t speak highly enough of Smith and all their capable employees. They’re professional, friendly, work quickly and efficiently, and they go out of their way to do the job right the first time. I have used Smith Cooling and Heating for years and their work is always impeccable. They are extremely efficient, professional and reasonably priced. They give you multiple estimates before they start any job. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly and take the time to go over the work they do, explain and answers all your questions . When the work is done they clean up and leave the premises as if they were never there. I highly recommend Smith cooling and heating to anyone. Tomas came promply, and as always, very professional and gets right to work. He came to do the annual maintenance to the HVAC unit and also checked the new combo furnace/water heater, that was just installed the previous week, to be sure it was functioning properly. Very pleased with the service.

Any time I have worked with Smith Cooling and Heating it has been a very positive experience. They are a professional company and they have exceeded my expectations every time. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable. The office staff (I’ve dealt with both Kim and Jennifer) are great to work with. My most recent experience was dealing with the company on Tues; 8/5 and the Plumbing Tech (Chris) did an amazing job trouble shooting leaks and was able to repair the issues quickly. He also offered, some additional recommendations and courses of action to follow so that the issue will not return in the future. Nice job, Chris ! Mr Quinn arrived in just about an hour after my call. He provided excellent service, was respectful and kind. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within 1-2 hours. The price was very reasonable, and he refused w a tip my wife tried to give him. I cannot say enough good things about Smith Air Condition service!!!

Matt and his team did a fantastic job replacing my central AC! Smith Heating and Cooling was able to send someone out within 24 hours for a service call after I experienced a leak and water damage. Patrick was extremely thorough, fully evaluated the problem, and gave me honest feedback so I could decide whether to repair or replace. Matt and his team were able to install a new unit timely, (and in a heat wave!) despite it being such a busy time of year. They arrived on time, were efficient with their work, and I was updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!
