Tom was referred to me by someone who still raved about the thoroughness of his service almost 10 years later. I was happy to find that he's still doing great work. He responded quickly and came on time. I learned so much about my home's HVAC system during the appointment. I will be using Universal for all of my HVAC maintenance and repairs from now on.

I found Universal in a google search and I’m so glad that I chose them. They are quick, reliable and they actually care about their customers. My initial install was super quick back in 2021 and they were in and out. They upgraded my heating to add the cooling components. I’ve only had one issue since the install but even with that, they were attentive, stayed after hours and always answered when I called with any concerns or questions. The value of their customer service is top tier and they are apart of the family now! I would choose Universal over any other company hands down!
Tom is excellent. I manage several properties and I have used him several times. I never had to call him back for repeat service. I highly recommend his company.
