Same Day Air Repair

We had a dreadful, not cooling issue with our AC middle of the summer…worst possible thing that could happen. We called Same Day Air Repair. They were super empathetic about our situation. Got us on their schedule, kept in touch with us. Let us know when we were next in line then the tech even us called when he was in route. Christian showed up on time was super friendly, knowledgeable got us up and running in no time. It was so quick. I am so happy with their service. If we ever have another issue, I am requesting Christian. He was in and out in no time. I highly recommend Same Day Air Repair. They made this very hot stressful situation so simple. Thank you Same Day and thank you a million times Christian you’re awesome.

I want to thank Ian for being a great person and helping our family and animals out in a great time of need. Rob and Brenden installed our new HVAC system and did a fantastic job, very personable, communicative and 2 very hard working guys. Had an awesome experience with Same Day Air. Hayden and Robert replaced my HVAC unit and were fantastic from start to finish. I got a heads-up when they were on the way, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were knowledgeable, informative, respectful, and genuinely friendly. And honestly, they left my hallway cleaner than it was before they got here! Truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommend.

Damian, The Technician was kind,polite, understanding and patient with me, he was thoughtful enough to put the app. on my phone I have a Service Dog Maecee Grey and he was extremely kind to her as well. I greatly appreciate everything he did for myself and the property owners Ruth Ellen and Jennifer her sis for picking a Company with such a wonderful respect to me and I'll surely inform the owners of his patience, knowledge and respect. UPDATE PROVIDED ORIGINAL: I really tried not to do a review, but it's been a month and my issue is not resolved. Their technician Manny lied, and instead of taking accountability for it, they are trying to sneak their way out of it. When we did called in for our warranty company, the tech came out and looked at our unit. He said that the system needed to be replaced, but the "band-aid" fix would be to replace the compressor and refill refrigerant. He said he needed to talk to someone to get approval for replacement. After calling while on-site, he said it was approved. A while later, we get all the invoices/quotes, and I noticed that on one of the forms, the rep (assuming Manny) forged my signature (I wasn't even at the house when he performed the work). Then I noticed that the quote they gave me was around $17k-$18k for one unit, but don't worry, they gave me a $5k discount because of being a customer for my home warranty. I called MULTIPLE other places, and the average quote was $10k to replace my unit for almost the exact same work. My warranty company took a while to get back, and they said the ONLY request and approval they gave was for a compressor and refill of refrigerant (not what the tech told us) and not for a replacement unit. I called the service desk for Same Day Air, and they had me talk with Manny. I'm so glad I recorded the conversation because he then told me the only time they submit anything for replacing the unit is if we sign the quote authorizing them to replace it. That confused me, and he kept trying to get me to verbally commit that we would replace the unit with them. They then had other office reps talk with me in which they contradicted themselves. I found out later that there was a difference in the $5k 'discount' they gave and what they receive from the warranty company. They would not disclose how much they would receive from the warranty company. I have received no communication from management or an apology/inquiry as to my recordings/proof that Manny did what he did. I included the invoice with the forged signature on this review and the beginning of my actual signature below for reference. Google will not let me upload the recording, but I invite management to reach out to me to forward the recording. UPDATE: A rep from Same Day Air called after I posted, and was very prompt in updating me and finding a solution. She kept following up with me too to make sure I wasn't missed. She acknowledged that the signature was forged, and she said that they are in the process of training their staff of processes when working with the warranty company. Particularly with Manny, she informed me that there was coaching. My husband and I were fed up with everything and just wanted our A/C working, so we opted to get the unit repaired instead of replaced. She ensured Manny did not come out to do the job, and the gentleman that came out was very kind, professional, and informative. He explained to me what I was signing and explained every part of the process as he was working. I was VERY happy and wished this was my experience from the beginning. I'm increasing from 1 to 3 stars because ultimately they fixed it, but it shouldn't have taken an online review to get the correction needed.
