Jazz has been maintaining my 27 year old Furnace and Ac for the past 5 years. And then one day, when it was hot as hell, it decides to crap out me! So with that, since they’ve been great with me and family we decided to replace our old furnace and replace it! Alex helped me with picking out a a unit for the size of my house and today (8/14/2025), Kevin, Nathan and Jesus removed my old system and installed a new one with Nest thermostats! Installation for them was quick and thorough! They made the necessary checks to make sure my system was working and functioning properly and they even helped with the Nest Google app! I’m hoping for a more efficient ac/furnace and welcoming the hot days coming this summer! Thanks Jazz - you guys are awesome!!!

We want to give a HUGE thanks to our service team Ramon, Gio and JJ for coming out TWICE this week to help my fiancée and I get our water softening system running smoothly again and replacing our ancient water heater. We can't thank them enough for pushing the permits to rush the service for us despite some hurdles along the way. We are pleasantly surprised and so so grateful for the quickness of their service because we were expecting to be out of water for a month max. Not to mention, they were so kind and understanding of our emergency and made us feel secure in our decision in choosing them as our service company and glad we did! We were back up and running same day of service, truly incredible work. Thanks to them we didn't have to wait that month for running water again in our home especially right before the holidays and during the weather change. We would def recommend and call them again for any future services, great work.

I found Jazz at the spring home show in Pleasanton where I met John Monacelli. He came out gave me very competitive estimate compared to others that I received. Unfortunately I decided to go with another company trying to save a few bucks and it ended up costing me in the end. I ended up failing inspection and needing some repairs done and the other company wouldn’t respond to calls or texts so I called JAZZ!!! That’s when Juan Robledo showed up gave me a nice price for my corrections that was needed and assured me that I’d pass inspection once they’re done. Gerardo Reyes and his partner came and done an amazing job. Knowledgeable & Honest hardworking men!! Jazz has gain a customer for life!! They will be my first recommendation for any real estate investor (like myself) or homeowner who needs any plumbing or hvac work done. Thank you all for your hard work, advice, support and suggestions!!!

My representative, Alax, is such a good employee. He explains things kindly and professionally, so customers can feel comfortable ask my questions. For fixed old furnace to restart Consulting Replace Furnace Because of his clear explanations, I felt confident and and it was easy for me to understand. I truly appreciate that, and it made me feel that I could trust Jazz with the job. However, I am still not fully sure about the price, so I would like to take a little more time and do some additional research.

Marvin and Milton are a pro. This guys came and got to work! This guys are non stop! After the install they sealed every vent tested the new heater and AC unit. I'm glad I went with this company! They are back by Home Depot so that alone guarantees they're reputation! They are chosen by HD for a good reason the quality of work is second to none! JAZZ Company, thank you so much and thank Marving and Milton for the work that you guys did! They even gave me a new thermostat Nest! Thank you! JAZZ!

Don’t Do it! Quality of work is really poor!! Worst experience with a contractor I’ve ever had and management doesn’t care!!! I saved and waited 20 years to redo my entire HVAC so that I could afford the best solution and that is not what I got. Would never recommend or give them any future business. Jazz is growing too fast and doesn’t have the infrastructure or experienced talent to do the work/meet customer quality needs. First bad sign. Brochures provided didn’t match the air handler sold to me. Second red flag was that one of the people I spoke with said the project was big. Wait, don’t you do HVAC? My 1400 square foot house is a big project? In addition to full HVAC, I did a water heater, new platform and had my dryer ducting pushed under the house. Bought a heat pump and asked the salesperson for best placement. He failed to disclose that the heat pump will drain water and had I known that, I would have put it on the opposite side of the house. Installed it on concrete and so now I need to deal with water drainage, which will lead to other issues. I had my ductwork replaced, which was supposed to happen first. But, I had water under my house so they reversed the order. So, they installed the heat pump and air handler first and hooked it to my existing ducts. The initial install of the air handler was good (thanks Sal) and water heater was not good (see pics) and then the returning team went from bad to worse. They had to seal the hole where the air handler went into my attic and they used little pieces of sheet metal with plenty of gaps for mice to get into my attic. With no experience, I could have done a better job. The water heater flue was half butt installed and so another installer fixed it and the last person here (thanks Cody) completely re-did it. The second inexperienced crew did fun things like use a construction broom to sweep my expensive hardwood floors (I almost passed out) and I had to get a locksmith because they accidentally locked my bedroom door. The lead on this crew was overwhelmed by the project and was completely out of his depth. They cut through drywall and didn’t clean it up and then sprayed sealer foam over it. So I had chunks of drywall with spray foamed sealing it on the top of the new box. How is that for quality? Where the heat pump was installed they put this black putty on the exterior of the house to seal the whole going into the garage. It kept falling off so finally on the third call, they did a stucco patch. Was an easy fix and an example of Jazz doing things to save money on their end and do what is easy instead of right. Mice or rats could have chewed through that stuff easily. I’ll spare you the dozens and dozens of phone calls and texts messages I had to make to the project point person (her name was Makaela) to address issues over a 3+ month period. Makaela was very professional and had a sense of urgency… she did her best to keep things moving. Here is what the City Inspector found: 1. Insulate the hot water line on water heater. This is water heaters 101. Again, Cody basically re did all that work. 2. Correct two metal pipes touching each other on the water heater. 3. Duct work going from air handler to attic was required by code to be sheet metal. They just stuffed the flexible duct work in and called it a day. Has to be fire sealed and it wasn’t. 4. Underneath the house, the nightmare team left materials and debris. I saw Cody take a full black garbage bag full out of my crawl space. Thanks Cody! 5. Moisture barrier needs to be replaced now as it got torn up (was old). 6. Several of the boots for the ducts were not insulated properly and half butt done. 7. There was also a duct sitting on the ground, which is not up to code. In a nutshell, the quality doesn’t even come close to what I paid for this project. Don’t be fooled by the ratings… Jazz will give you things in exchange for a good review. Buyer beware:(
