The crew that came out was super friendly from the boiler installers to the electrican! They were on time and did a great job, and in a timely manner. I asked a lot of questions about what i need to do to startup my boiler and shut if down for each season, and what to look out for and they were very willing to show me. The financing i got was amazing, they had several options to choose from. Will be recommending them to everyone i know!

Most of the installation went well. Very friendly. The only issues I had were that after they were done, I found my thermostat half way ripped out of the wall and that they put a drainage tube from the newly installed furnace under my dryer that made it look like my washer and dryer area was leaking. To their credit I am undergoing house renovations and painting my house. The thermostat did have tape covering it before it was removed and partially ripped out of the wall and moving the drain tube was an easy fix. Still, they could have notified me about the thermostat instead of just leaving like it never happened.

Our service technician Josiah performed a furnace tune-up. I appreciate that he took the extra time to talk me through what exactly he was going to do and also explained to me and my 7-year-old son how different parts of the furnace worked. He gave me a good summary of the health of my furnace upon completion. I had a boiler on site that I had some questions about and he also afforded me the extra time. Great, prompt service, and was easy to get along with.

I responded to a special promo at the Minnesota State Fair from Home Energy Heating and Cooling and honestly did not expect much. I was very pleasantly surprised by Charlie Yang the tech that showed up, the service that was provided, and the price that was charged. I won't hesitate to make Home Energy my future go to company for HVAC maintenance and repair and plastered their sticker on my duct work for future reference. I won't hesitate to refer friends and family in the future

We signed up for a pre-season furnace checkup at Home Depot. They use 'Home Energy Center' for their HVAC work. The technician from Home Energy, Tony, arrived on time and was friendly and professional so I would rate him 5 stars. Home Depot, on the other hand, was not good on the communication part. After signing up in store, I never received any communication about the appointment until Tony arrived. It was my understanding that I was to get an email confirming the appointment and then a call prior to the actual appointment time. So hopefully Home Depot will get their act together in the future. Only giving 3 stars on this review.
