It required crawling through attics and getting super creative in order to get the pipe to my primary bathroom from the tankless water heater in the garage. In addition, they were able to help me with other plumbing needs as well. Highly recommend this team at First Choice Plus Plumbing.

On 10/10/25 @ 12:45pm I called First Choice Plumbing because my water heater was leaking. By 1:30 Jayden Nieto arrived at my door. By 4pm Jayden had the new water heater installed and walked me thru my 0% financing process. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and Informative. It was late on a Friday and I was dealing with a ridiculous situation—a toilet roll holder had somehow been flushed down the toilet. I did a quick search for plumbers near me and this company popped up with great reviews, so I gave them a shot. Within minutes of booking, I got a photo and credentials for the technician, plus a link to track his arrival. Super reassuring. Joe Duran showed up and was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything, handled the repair quickly, and even sent me pictures afterward so I could see exactly what was done. That kind of follow-through really impressed me. Even though it was late, he didn’t rush or cut corners—just showed up ready to help with a great attitude. I’d absolutely recommend this company, especially if you’re in a bind. They made a stressful moment feel manageable.

First Choice should be called "Last Choice" ….they came out to my home to give me a quote to fix a broken shower handle that would not turn off the water in my shower. The guy quoted me $1090 to fix it! Mind blown! He stated that he would have to punch a hole in the wall on the opposite side of the shower to be able to remove the fixture completely and replace it. I declined!..I called Roto-Rooter instead. Big shout out to Wesley Jarbath, he came out , took the handle off and found out that the Pressure Balanced Cartridge was broken, he gave me a quote, it was about $600 , I declined because it would have took some days to have it delivered and I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I jumped on Amazon and found the Cartridge, it wasn’t the exact same one but I ordered it (next day) and it works just fine, I put it in myself! And I only spent $37. Dealing with First Choice was a waste of time! and they charged a $59 service fee just to come out and take a look. I’ll only deal with Roto-Rooter from now on.

My exterior pipe that feeds into my house was leaking with water gushing onto my lawn. This was 11:45pm. I called First Choice and they were able to send someone within 30 mins of my call. Joe Duran was my service tech. He was able to replace the damage pipe with new ones all within 20 mins. He was polite, understanding and experienced. He explained everything he was doing and why and explained the warranty. Thanks Joe!
