D.Martin is excellent service tech. Valuable asset for Kyzar AC. Very professional, thorough in his work and explanations. Helpful with customer's decisions for the AC unit. We are going in 16yrs using Kyzar. Been very satisfied with service and purchase 2nd unit from them today which will be installed tomorrow. How is that for service!. Will be requesting D. Technician told us that the system was no longer under warranty, coil had a leak and that the system wasn’t worth fixing. Trane told us that the system was still under warranty and shipped us the part that Kyzar said was leaking. Got a second opinion and the technician with the other company could not locate the leak described by the Kyzar technician. When the Kyzar salesman came to our home to try and upsell us a completely unnecessary $17,359 replacement system, we asked him how much we needed to write him a check for the remaining balance on the duct work that Kyzar performed. He told us that "he didn’t know" and "not to worry about it right now". We eventually received an invoice for this work with a rude missive that it would be sent to collections if payment was not received in four days. Billing was a complete circus. We were double charged for the same work and had to follow-up to be refunded the extra charges. Then after all that we received additional messages saying that we still owed money requiring additional correspondence to resolve.

After months of dealing with my AC, going back and forth with the builder, and other companies that couldn’t fix it. I was honestly frustrated and didn’t know who to trust. After a lot of research, I found Kyzar AC Repair, and they sent Justin as my AC tech. He listened to everything I’d been through, ran thorough tests, checked every detail, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. His knowledge, professionalism, and care made all the difference. He didn’t just fix the problem, he showed me what good service really looks like. Not every new unit that comes from the factory is at 100%, however the company that installs them makes all the difference. We had 2 new units installed and the units were not working at max efficiency, Kyzar came back every day for 3 days to ensure that they were working properly and efficiently, cant remember all of the names but Justin stands out as very knowledgeable and made tweaks to the 2 new units to take advantage of the 2 stage systems. I am marking this as great priced even though its on the higher side of average because of the customer service behind the work. You rarely see that these days and its always worth more than you pay in dollars. They warranty their work and if there is an issue they will get someone out asap. Got this done early August and after the insanity of starting a school year and getting our first electric bill I can tell you that it dropped $75 using these 2 stage units.

D. Martin came out to our home and supported us during a difficult situation with our air conditioning, and we are extremely grateful. Our unit is older and was leaking water all over our floor boards. A He spent a lot of time educating us about our existing unit and our options.
