I've had the pleasure of working with Drew and Garrett twice within the past two weeks. They were very pleasant and professional. The first experience was their thorough diagnosis of my two HVAC systems that included trustworthy recommendations for issues found. Their focus was more on "repair if possible" and "replace only if necessary. (Often not the case with some companies.) My second service call to them was just this past weekend. I had an urgent issue that very well could've "derailed" a house sale closing scheduled for two days away. I texted Drew about my HVAC issue at 3:48pm on Saturday. He CALLED me back at 3:49pm to schedule a service visit. WHO does that?!!! I was relieved, grateful and highly impressed!! Drew REALLY saved my closing. I am so very appreciative. Finally, all of the cost estimates quoted (including the initial diagnosis fee) seemed quite reasonable and within "ranges" that I considered to be fair. Based on my experience, this company more than lives up to its multitude of "5-star" review ratings. I will definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to friends and family. I had contacted another repair company and the technician was not able to fix my AC unit and was not able to give an estimate on how long it would take to get a part. It was the first of July and already 87 degrees in the house so after booking a hotel room I called Drew with AirTight and he was able to come out in 30 minutes and diagnose the issue and while he didn't have the part he was able to get it the next day and had my air working.

The best and honest guys EVER! Words cannot express the gratitude I feel right now. This company went above and beyond to fix a brand new AC system installed incorrectly. The new system installed was only 8 months old. Drew and Gary made everything easy. They both worked hard and brought my older home up to code and safe with the best price. Thank you Airtight

Thanks to Drew for replacing our old AC unit outside and in the house a few years ago.. Haven't had any problems.. He came out to do a yearly check on our system, and even cleaned the drain line that goes outside.. Evertyhing was good.. People he does excellent work, I would highly recommend him to everyone.. He takes time to explain everything to you that he's gonna do or has to be done.. Thanks Drew for keeping us cold in the Summer and warm in the Winter.. Good luck to you with your business.. Drew told me a time that he would be there and was a little bit early but that was cool They were very professional and did the extra stuff to make sure the new floor was covered I suggest these folks to anyone and everyone They were awesome

Drew and his team are top notch...prompt, courteous, and all around professional. Drew came out right away and quickly diagnosed the issue when my grandparent's a/c went out at their home. He was very kind and honest upfront. Took his time to thoroughly explain all options for repair to get us through short term, as well as options for a new a/c unit... including financing options if needed. He absolutely wants to educate and made certain that my grandparent's and I understood everything... a rare quality in work ethic these days. All options were reasonably priced as well...and yes, I did shop around. Drew's kind, honest, professional demeanor and overall cost for a new unit was by far the best in the tri-county area. Thanks Drew!! It's been 6 months since Drew took care of us, and we are still pleased with the new unit from AirTight. We will (and have) recommended him to others, and will continue to do business with him for all our a/c needs going forward. You seriously can't go wrong with Drew!! 5 Stars!!
