Great experience from the start. Dustin was able to come to my house the same day I called to diagnose my problem and they were able to come the next day for the repair. He explained the functions, operations, and maintenance required to operate my mothers new ductless AC unit to her and also was under half the price that I was quoted by other companies. I will recommend them to anyone.
Connie was very flexible with setting up appointment and very clear on service fee. Once service tech James arrived. He was quick at troubleshooting and very knowledgeable & informative to help me understand the issue which was resolved at great price. I’m very happy to have chosen this trustworthy team and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Totally impressed with this company!! Came promptly, Gabe was so professional, courteous and efficient. He had to talk to my home warranty company, and he was very polite and gracious about that and gave them all the information they needed. He explained everything to me. I will be calling them again!!
Overall I had "cool" experience once all the issues were addressed and resolved. In July, if your AC isn't working...all you want is Cool & Comfort! Office staff and technicians were pleasant to work with and the repairs returned my home to the cool happy place!
