One of the employees driving a company van almost caused a major accident driving like a maniac. After speeding off after almost hitting another car they were not paying attention AGAIN and tried to merge into the lane I was driving in on top of my car almost causing another accident that would have totaled my car and injured who knows how many people. When I tried to call the company to report the unsafe driver they don’t even give you an option to speak to a person or leave a voicemail, you just get left on hold indefinitely while classical music plays on the other line. Get better drivers!!!! You guys SUCK!!!

First red flag... They made me pay $750 in advance (ontop of whatever my Home Warranty paid them). They showed up for a small leak, were incredibly rude, somehow managed to get mud splattered 12 feet up the front of my house, and then leave without a word. I come home and my yard and neighborhood is flooded, my house has no water at all. Won't answer their phone all weekend. When they do, they tell me they won't come out until I pay an additional $1300 upfront. After 4 days with no water I have another plumber come out. He replaced everything for $475. Blake set me up with a new nice water spigot built into the wall, a new easy cut off valve, really does above and beyond. There was no new digging needed. Just needed a plumber who wasn't trying to scam me. Please listen to me... Don't call 1st Choice. Call Blake. He is local in Denison and easy to google.

Great local family company! They are quick, very responsive and work hard to make sure everything is done right the first time. We have utilized the HVAC and plumbing side and we’re overall very happy with both. Will absolutely be long time costumer. Highly recommend!

They came out same within a few hours and accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue. This was a second opinion on our AC unit problems, and I am so glad I got one. The first company (which I won’t name but is very slick and prominent) did not fix a very simple issue and recommended several thousand dollars of overpriced work. 1st Choice HVAC and Plumbing was honest, straightforward, and resolved the problem in 15 minutes! I couldn’t be happier-this is an honest company and isn’t trying to upsell anything. Nice to come across honest people in the HVAC business.

Happy I finally found a reliable HVAC company. They actually fix the problem and didn't over charge us. We had 3 other companies and they couldn't fix the problem with the air flow. I highly recommend. They come out fast and they make you a priority in this Texas heat.

I can’t express enough how happy we are we went through this company. Stormy was so helpful and answered every single question I had, and I had a lot. I would 100% recommend going through this company. Customer service is through the roof!!! It’s very overwhelming when you’re dealing with AC issues, especially in the summer in Texas. Stormy not only came and diagnosed and fixed our problem incredibly fast, he also offered ideas on how to help us get through the small wait we had, and he absolutely did not have to do that. If you’re reading this and looking for some AC help- take this as your sign that you have found the right place! Ask for Stormy while you’re at it!!!!

My daughter’s hair was getting stuck in our garbage disposal and causing the dishwasher to backup. The dishes were piling up! I found 1st choice hvac and plumbing during a google search and I will be using them for any future needs! They were prompt, reasonably priced and quick to fix our issue.
