Santiago came out to my house a couple of weeks ago because of an A/C issue. He was so kind and knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions, and explained in detail exactly what the issue was. I highly recommended MATCO for all of your HVAC needs!!

I recently had Jackson Hollman from Matco services, come to service my AC unit, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair options clearly, and provided a fair and transparent quote. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively, and he even took the time to answer all of my questions and provide helpful tips for maintaining my AC unit. Yesterday we had one of our HVAC units replaced and several of our units repaired (capacitor's replaced). Jack, Wesley, and Juan's crew did an amazing job. They were were here bright an early, kept me updated the entire time, and work was completed before noon. They really did a great job working efficiently around the staff . We have had our maintenance with Matco for years, here at the office, and I have never been disappointed.

My HVAC system was old and quickly passed away in the July 2025 heat. MATCO came out same day and quoted me different replacement units. They explained well how the age of my system was no longer repairable. I was asked thoughtful questions about how long I had been in my home, and how long I planned on being there, to help describe my options best. On install morning, 3 service techs showed up with new condenser, furnace and coil. My older house had a complicated conversion from 2 wire to 3 wire, to make my updated smart thermostat continue to work with new furnace. They installed the adaptor so I could keep my newer smart thermostat. Install went seamlessly and my new HVAC is definitely more powerful. Included in the first year post-installation is 2 services checks. Thrilled with the ease of working with MATCO.

My AC started acting up overnight - I needed the issue resolved same day. Matco responded within a few hours and had my house cooled back down a few hours after that. Jackson was great; very professional, respectful, and most importantly kept me updated throughout the process.
