I called in the morning and they gave me an appointment for that same afternoon. From the moment he arrived, he had a bad attitude. He looked at the heater and said I needed a new one. He said this just by looking at it, that the damaged parts were no longer available. After that, he opened it and, in 2-3 minutes, confirmed what he had already told me. The price he gave me was quite high, and I told him I will give a call next days. He told me that just for going I had to pay $184, which I was not informed about when making the appointment. I called the person with whom I made my appointment and she told me that there was indeed a charge, which I recommended that they confirm with the client before making the appointment and I’ll decide whether to schedule with them for that cost or not. Her response was, "If the customer doesn't ask, we have no reason to inform" To me, her response was rude and unfounded. I personally don't recommend it because of the terrible customer service this company offers.

Don was great and very professional! He did a great job at explaining what happened to our older model water heater. He even tried to fix it but we ended up having to replace the unit. Luckily he was able to get all the items and replace the heater all within a few hours!

I interviewed five HVAC companies and Solace by far was the most professional. Better pricing for an upscale unit and they know what they’re doing. The heater unit was installed in the garage. They did such a beautiful job making it look very clean . I just couldn’t believe it. Hands-down I would go with this company for any services they provide.

Alert! Over price service. Learned my lesson. Should have shop around. FYI. 50 gallon replacement was $3200. Should have just use yelp or facebook market place for quotes.

Highly recommend Solace. This is the 2nd time they've done work at our house. Don fixed the plumbing issue we had. Would gladly request their services again if another issue came up.
