Right Way Heating & Cooling

We had a new furnace and two 40 gallons water heaters installed yesterday. The crew, Gabe and Brian, were very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. With all the work they did, there was minimal disruption to my day. (I appreciate very much as I work from home!) They did a great job! I would definitely recommend Right Way and especially Gabe and Brian to our friends and family!

This is not the first time I’ve used Right Way Heating & Cooling. Obviously, this isn’t typically the service to WANT to need. But, when you do have an HVAC need, Right Way is the best there is. Gabe and Brian replaced our furnace today and did a phenomenal job. They showed up on time, they were friendly and professional, worked efficiently, and left no trace of them being here other than a brand new furnace. I’ll continue to recommend them time and time again to anyone who has an HVAC need.

I cannot tell you enough about this company. Very reluctant to call about home repairs, let alone letting a stranger through the front/backdoor! So, I called, Mike answered, and he made feel he was there to help and understand right from the start. He explained the Family Membership Plan, I did purchase it, setup my appointment, Art arrived on time, let me know what was going on with my furnace an even showed me the broken parts that needed to be replaced. They had to order the parts, and I set up the appointment on my available time. Matt arrived on time, showed me the new parts, he made sure I understood what he was doing and answered all my questions. He ran a test to let me know that everything was working properly. Blake did a great job for my furnace check prior to the winter season. He identified a crack in my 22 year old furnace and a leak, so he had to shut the gas off for safety reasons (always have your gas furnace checked annually). A few days later, I scheduled Noah to stop over for a quote to replace the furnace, add a blue light air purifier and a humidifier to improve the air quality in my home. He was very honest with what I needed and the package price. Today, Brendin and Gabe were here to remove the old furnace and parts (including an additional pipe that had rusted and cracked), and install the new items. All four guys were great; very kind, focused and professional. Thanks to the team at Right Way Heating and Cooling for keeping me safe and warm, and for your affordable prices.

Jason did a fantastic job helping us when our parents AC unit failed. He was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and his recommendations for a fix. Besides his professionalism, Jason demonstrated a genuine concern for our elderly parents' well being with some ideas as to how to keep them comfortable waiting for a new unit to be installed. We were impressed with his honesty and friendliness, as well.

We had Austin and Luke to replace our AC unit. They along with everyone we spoke to at the office were very professional and courteous. I ask a lot of questions, and they had no problem with it. Great install and we couldn't be happier!
