We had an excellent experience with Emilian and his team at Koka. They installed four mini split Daikin units for us and got all the work done in just one day. They also coordinated with an electrician, so we were fully up and running within three days total. The installation looks really clean— they even used a brown pipe covering that blends in nicely with our wall. Everything looks very neat. The units are quiet and easy to use. We’re very thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

Very good service and competitive price. I knocked 1 star because they killed a lot of my plants but that is also my fault for not letting them know to avoid trampling them. I would definitely recommend them, they know what they are doing and won't rip you off. And they value aesthetics. They installed the pipes in a very pleasing symmetrical way

These guys know what they’re doing. The owner came to scope out the place and offered a very thoughtful recommendation on next steps; we installed a multi-zone mini-split / ductless system for the 2 main bedrooms which were not getting enough airflow from our central unit. Took less than half a day for the whole project to be complete. Very efficient and clean! Highly recommend

When another contractor tried to push me into a $21 k full system replacement, Emilian stepped in, called Daikin directly, and tracked down the last warranty-covered outdoor unit in the region that would still communicate with my existing indoor air handler. He handled every bit of the paperwork, secured next-day delivery, and never added a cent to the no-cost parts. A thunderstorm rolled in the day the unit arrived, but Emilian suited up, set tarps across the roof, and worked through wind and rain until cool air was flowing again—no reschedule, no excuses. Throughout, he explained each step in plain language, labeled breakers and control wires for my future reference, and left the mechanical closet cleaner than he found it. Thanks to his creativity and tenacity, my total out-of-pocket was barely a tenth of the replacement quote. Our condo board has now named Koka-Tech our preferred HVAC partner for all future work. I've had the same HVAC issue for 4 years now and have worked with many HVAC companies in the Brooklyn Area. Emilian and his tech were extremely transparent about what needed to be fixed with my HVAC and offered a very reasonable price. They even wore shoe covers before coming into my place!
