I am super satisfied. On the phone, they managed my expectations for a potential high price depending on the kind issue my system is facing (the air conditioning was not cooling anymore). While I was a little hesitant to have them come over, I put my trust in the good recommendations here on Google Maps. And boy, I wasn’t disappointed! Just a few minutes after my call, a professional showed up at my door. He got right to it, analyzing the parts of the HVAC system until he had found the issue. He had it repaired less than 45 minutes later. I am very happy, especially about the fair pricing at such a high-demand time for HVAC contractors. Highly recommended!

Called G&L to get an overview of the aging HVAC system in a house we are looking to buy. Josh came out, gave everything a very thorough checking over and let me know of exactly what were looking at - safety, performance, costs to repair or replace if wanted. No pushy sales tactics and fair pricing on the replacements. Thank you guys, and we’ll have you out again soon!

They were up front with their pricing showed up when scheduled, Completed the job in a timely manner. The unit is running great!! George is great to deal with and willing to help. G&L is the only company that will work on our units.

Called for a service call on a Sunday he stated it’s "overtime" and "an additional $99 charge for the call" which makes sense but then he said "all parts get marked up 20%" this doesn’t make sense. Stay away. There are better and more honest around.

Kevonte is excellent he does everything needed when he comes to service our HVAC. He even cleans the doors over the filters, which has not been done in a long time. Thank you Kevonte!!!!!

Love them. They are fast and they stand behind their work. One year they had to take all unit apart completely and reassemble it to fix it and we have not had a issue with it

George, Debbie, Josh, Matt, Ryan, etc... are incredibly skilled, kind, fair and HONEST. The restaurant I work for has been using G&L since they opened and so have I. I turned my mom onto G&L a few years ago and now everyone on her street uses this amazing company. No one wants to have repairs done but we all have to. And G&L is the absolute best!!!
