I recently had my HVAC system replaced by Green Comfort Systems, and the entire experience was outstanding. Kyle, the president, personally came to my home for the free estimate and took the time to go over all my options. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and made sure I got the best system for my home at a super fair price. Ron, the installation manager, and his team did an amazing job with the installation. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and Ron took the time to explain how the new system works. Rhonda, the office manager, was also fantastic—super helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Not only did they provide top-tier service, but they also worked with me to match a financing offer I had from another company, which made a huge difference. As this was my first time handling a major home replacement, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Green Comfort Systems knocked it out of the park. If I could give them a 10 out of 5, I absolutely would. Honest, professional, and truly looking out for their customers—highly recommend!

I apologize in advance for the super long story lol I really never write reviews but I felt like it was a must I write about my experience with Green Comfort Systems. My HVAC was failing, furnace from 2009 frankensteined together and and ac unit that was just put in the worst possible way. I reached out to Green Comfort Systems and spoke to Rhonda who was so prompt and understood my frustrations and urgency to get this done and scheduled Kyle to come out to take a look at my system and quote me a new one the next day. Kyle arrived and we had a great conversation on my options, never at any moment felt pressured or like he was swaying me to go with a certain option he gave me my choices told me what he thought about each and that was it. After doing research I settled on the new Variable Speed inverter system and it couldn't have been a better choice. Rob and Chase came to install the system and their work looks phenomenal they kept me updated every step of the way and their teamwork made the job go by super quick. they also walked me through the completed job and assisted with setting up the thermostat on my phone. I can't begin to say how grateful I am for the entire team that assisted in this process Green Comfort has a customer for life THANK YOU Kyle, Rhonda, Rob & Chase!!

Came home to a weak a/c and was able to get after hours service that day. The technician Spencer was highly knowledgeable and displayed top notch service from start to finish. Extremely glad I came across their company. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or a/c service.

Sitting in my warm home this chilly October day so very grateful for their assistance installing my new HVAC system. I met the owner Kyle Thursday and it’s installed Monday. Can’t say enough good things about this team. Worked with Kyle, the owner, on an ideal and low cost AC / heat pump system to replace my 24 year old system. I am a bit of a home efficiency nerd and care a lot about reducing my emissions and Kyle was very patient with me and got creative, finding a cheap way to add fresh air intake to the proposal to help keep CO2 levels low in the home. He also helped work with an Aeroseal contractor and agreed to install my new heat pump water heater on the same day as installation so I could decommission natural gas entirely. The day I was going to sign my estimate he called me and told me to wait because he found a new rebate program he thought I would qualify for. I did qualify for it and saved even more money. The install went great. There were several challenges and surprises, as you’d expect, but the team (team leader is Ron, but all the guys were really great) got creative and found solutions. They left the work area tidy between the two days of installation and after. And now, I have a system I absolutely love. We just had an insane heat wave in Maryland and the Goodman Side Discharge unit with a variable speed compressor and air handler is 100% the way to go. My energy costs have remained low, the house’s humidity is well controlled, and overall comfort is superb. If you can’t tell, I’m a huge fan of their work and their character and recommend working with them to anyone and everyone.
