I would love to speak on their actual work, but unfortunately after they were sent by our warranty company on May 30th, no one has been back to replace the AC and they are no longer returning my calls. I have two children under 5 and it has been well into the 100's this summer! The couple times I was actually able to speak to the lady there she quickly shut me up by saying oh yeah your coil is on order then we will schedule you, then called back to say she thought I was someone else but that she would put me tentatively on the schedule for that Thursday in hopes our parts would come. Thursday over a month ago came and went and we heard NOTHING!!! I'm honestly beyond frustrated and at this point feel like the only way we will get AC before September is to pay someone else completely out of pocket. We have approved all the balances we will need to pay on our part and still nothing as I see their response to other customers reviews was that they didn't want to pay their portion. Such a joke. I'd really appreciate a call with immediate resolution. ****UPDATE: 8/25/30 our warranty company finally agreed to send a new vendor. Air Max heating and cooling, they came this morning and an hour later our AC is up and cooling our house. Two burned out wires were the issue, not the coil, not the entire unit, not the thermostat all of which Air-craft said would be necessary and lead to our family living for 3 months in 100+ degrees. They are a total scam! Save yourself the headache and call Air Max, they are truly honest professionals that care!

If you want a professional, responsive, high quality & great value company to conduct any type of HVAC work at your house, DO NOT US THIS COMPANY! Denise, who works at the front desk was very unprofessional & has the work ethic of a minimum wage worker, quite astonishing. We called to file a complaint because aircraft heating & air came out to service our AC unit & we were told we needed a brand new unit & that we’d be contacted sometime that same week. Fast forward 3 weeks later & we never heard anything else. We called our home insurance & found out that aircraft heating & air never submitted any type of report for our home insurance company to review almost a full month later! Frustrated & annoyed, I called Denise at aircraft & carrier. I explained our frustration & how upset we were that they either lost the report, forgot about the report or just never made one. I also explained that aircraft heating & air was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company pertaining to customer service. Denise quickly rebutted, "sir, maybe you should go do business elsewhere", which I unequivocally agreed with. Never received an apology or explanation as to why there was such a delay or a reason as to why we(the homeowners) had to reach out to aircraft heating & air to tell them about their missing report. Take my advice don’t use this company for anything besides utilizing it as a local dump yard.

This company is the best!! My A/C wasn't working and I called out one of the "Big Guys" who stated that my system was beyond repair and That I would need to replace it. I was quoted $14k ! I decided to get a second opinion and called AriCraft. Joel arrived on time and starting preforming all the checks. Told me I has a few parts that need to be replaced and the system was low on charge. He replaced the parts, Did a cleaning and charged the system for us. The system is working better than it has since I purchased my home and my dog loves the cool air coming in from the vents !! This will be my go to company for life!!

Called and they had a technician out the same day to service the HVAC system they installed for us a few years ago. Their staff are all professional, hard working and honest. If you need any work related to air conditioning and heating systems, Air-Craft Heating and Air are the best around.

Joel was very thorough, reasonable price.He is a very friendly, nice person. He came right away...not like some other companies that will make you wait and suffer thru night without AC.I will refer him 110% to friends and family. Thanks again joel!!

Joel and his crew once again have saved the day! With the temperature over 100 degrees he quickly repaired a broken condensation line on my unit and it was up and running within minutes...thank you so much for always being on time and being super friendly and being extremely fair on pricing!
