I’ve used Air Cool for the replacement of my HVAC system at my house and I highly recommend them. I’ve used Air Cool for 2 rental properties and my residence. They are my go to company for HVAC work. They have also done work for family and friends, based on my referral. I highly recommend Air Cool Heating & Cooling.

I was able to reach Sean after 5PM on a Friday and explained that our AC unit had stopped blowing cool air. We had been experiencing temperatures of 100 and up so our home was very uncomfortable. Sean added us to his schedule for the very next morning and stayed in contact with an arrival time. He was professional, pleasant and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Sean had us back up and cooling within 15 minutes. We will save his number and business card for all future service to our HVAC. THANK YOU AGAIN SEAN !

I contacted Air Cool Heating & Cooling Inc. late Thursday night and made arrangements for someone to come repair my air conditioning unit the next day. Sean was amazing, upon hearing the severity of my family's circumstance he made the extra effort to fit me in his schedule and fix my unit. Sean and the crew of Air Cool Heating + Cooling were amazing. We needed to replace our worn out HVAC unit on our roof. We had already received two other quotes....but did not feel 100% about them. They were both good companies, but it felt like they were more interested in "selling" their product and less interested in helping us to understand all the options. One call to Sean got the ball rolling. He made time to come by that same day. We were able to ask all of our "dumb" questions and talk through all the different possible solutions. Once we made the big decision, Sean made sure to keep us informed about scheduling, permits, inspections and payment options.The removal, disposal + install work was all done in one day. His crew are super efficient and detailed oriented. We really were glad to have found Air Cool Heating + Cooling......You will be too!!

I can’t say enough about Sean and his crew! They did a fantastic job replacing our new HVAC, attic duct work and insulation. Our home project began with needing an entire roof replacement, and during that time we decided the aging HVAC needed to be replaced too. We obtained several bids and felt Air Cool Heating & Cooling, which we found through the SMUD Contractor Network, provided the most detail and the best cost. We were glad we found them. Sean coordinated with the roof contractor to complete the attic work while the roof was open and completed the new HVAC and insulation installation within the roof contractor’s time frame to install the new roof. The crew was always on time, very polite and worked very hard. Sean also communicated and provided suggestions for any problems that were discovered. The whole process from bid, expected time frame, installation and clean up was handled very professionally. We appreciate the job well done and would not hesitate to recommend Air Cool Heating & Cooling!

Air Cool Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job replacing my old heat pump, air handler, all attic duct work and insulation, thermostat and ceiling registers. Sean, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He was able to determine very accurately what I needed and I now have a wonderfully efficient heating and cooling system! I had read others’ positive reviews and was similarly very impressed by Sean’s detailed descriptions and explanations of how he would go about the project. And the project was done exactly how he described! My attic was full of very old insulation and a great deal of dust due to a broken clothes dryer exhaust pipe. Sean had a team remove (vacuum out) all that old debris and then blow in new insulation after the new ducting and components were installed. They worked efficiently and extremely neatly, especially considering how messy the attic was. The second team did the major replacement work - all of the installation outside, inside and in the attic. I was extremely impressed with their expertise, work ethic, endurance, neatness and cheerfulness. They were very friendly and personable - so very nice to work with and have in the house. Prior to starting the project, Sean was so helpful, completing paperwork and taking pictures for me that I needed for my homeowners association’s approval of the project. He also completed forms for the city permit, inspection and for SMUD so that I could get a rebate. His knowledge and helpfulness made things as easy as possible for me. He went above and beyond, also fixing some things for me that were not even part of the project, including that broken dryer vent pipe. Overall, he was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with - all around a great guy with great people working with him! I could not be happier!
