Three Rivers Heating & Air helped me out with getting my AC fixed. My AC went out late Friday night and I called them to see if they could fix it. I received a call and text message shortly after stating that they would make me a priority. The following day they called me and said they had an installation guy by the name of Jonathan who doesn’t regularly come out to fix AC units. Jonathan came to my house early Saturday morning and troubleshooted my AC to later discover that my condensation lines where clogged which was causing my condensation line to disperse water out of my furnace, which later caused a short circuit. Jonathan gladly unclogged my condensation line and made sure my furnace would no longer short circuit., as well as inform me that my AC unit no longer needed 2 air filters. Jonathan informed me that having 2 air filters chokes out my AC unit and causes it to work twice as hard. Now that I only have one filter my AC unit works like a charm. Jonathan also was a very kind, social, and highly professional employee of Three River heating and air. I told Three Rivers heating and air that if I ever run into anymore problems with my AC that I personally request Jonathan, regardless of him being just an installation guy. Jonathan represented Three rivers heating and air with great customer service and high quality work and expertise. Jacob came out to fix our ac on an over 100 degree day and he was amazing! My husband’s car broke down the day before and I couldn’t pay for the ac repair because I have to pay for my husband’s car. Jacob called his boss and they waived all the fees for us! This is an amazing company who clearly cares for their clients! I would and will forever recommend them to everyone! Thank you Jacob and Three Rivers.

My A/C wasn’t working Saturday after getting home, which isn’t great considering it is summer and we have a newborn. Most companies we called wouldn’t work on weekends especially Sunday’s and they couldn’t get us on a schedule more than a week out during odd hours. Then I came across Three Rivers Heating and Air. They were professional and helpful over the phone and booked a technician to come out the next day which was a Sunday. Our technician Jacob was on time, knowledgeable, and fixed everything within an hour. Pricing was more than fair and I am so happy to have my A/C working again. Thank you Three Rivers Heating and Air for helping our family stay cool this summer! 5 stars deserved!

I cannot recommend this service enough! We got home to a house that was 89 degrees inside. Our AC had stopped working while we were away. I called Jacob on Sunday afternoon. He fit me in the following morning. He showed up and fixed the AC in 15 minutes. Not only was the service fast and great, Jacob was an awesome, friendly guy. You never know whether you’re going to get ripped off when you’re calling an AC person, and I can unequivocally say these people are as honest as can be. If your AC is struggling, call them!

THREE RIVERS HEATING AND AIR IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD...10 STARS IN MY BOOK.. My technician Was Joel S. He showed up on time was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Joel invited me to observe how the tune-up works and explained every step. He educated me so well that I could probably be a technician myself now. Not once did Joel try to upsell me for parts or unnecessary repairs, but did point out a couple of items that had the potential of failing. I did decide to have a condenser replaced for preventative measures and again, it was very inexpensive to do so. There definitely was not a "GOTCHA"moment. BASED ON THEIR FRIENDLINESS HONESTY AND INTEGRITY, I highly recommend Three Rivers, heating and AC I would also like to give a shout out to those that work behind the scenes including Erica and Alex Thank you so much for the great experience!.

Great experience with Three Rivers. Technician Jacob came to my home diagnosed the problem with my HVAC unit and fixed the issue. He was punctual, friendly and honest. I will definitely refer them to family and friends.

I found this company by accident.Erica called me back and appointment was set with Jacob Jordan. He was very honest in explaining my needs. I bought a new ac system which was installed the next day. Price I paid was half of what another well known company quoted me.Above all it came with 10 yrs warranty too.The 5 member crew were very thorough,friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned up the entire house inside and out after they were done. Alex the supervisor was very cooperative in the paperwork I needed for my insurance.
