After getting estimates from close to 20(!!) HVAC companies, we selected Garick for our huge project! We needed our attic cleared out, a new HVAC system and all new ductwork installed, and new insulation. Halfway through we decided to also have them change out the exhaust fans in our bathrooms. Warren was a our project manager and went above and beyond ensuring all of our wants and needs were exceeded!! He was extremely thorough, diligent, communicative, and made sure we were happy during and after the install. Owned by Clark and Rush, we loved the personalized service of a small business but the assurance that the work was backed by a large, well known company. The bid was very very competitive and the crew were all professional. Highly recommend!!!

I've been using Garick for over 10 years and have been super happy with them. At some point in the past few years, they merged with Clarke and Rush but they retained their employees and attention to customer service and I'm really glad. They've installed, repaired, and make sure that our HVAC system is working well. Earlier this year, there was a problem with the unit in the back - a plastic piece inside the unit had warped or something. The fellow got it fixed up and working through the super hot summer.

Excellent service. Service personnel use booties when coming into your home. They are very knowledgeable about the hvac units and can often offer suggestions on how to optimize the use of your units. They do thorough inspections and even clean the crud out of the outside vents on your ac unit. Doug came to service our AC unit and we were quite pleased with his work. We will continue to request him to service the ac and heater as needed.

Doug just left our house after a system tune up appointment. We cannot say enough good things about him. He was extremely kind, professional and thorough. We would recommend him 1000%!

Discover the Garick Difference My family first discovered Garick in the 70s - about a year after they started They are named after their founders, Gary and Rick. We have stayed with them all these years because of their honesty and competence. All of their business comes from old customers or referrals - they do not advertise. My existing heat pump was 32 years old. it went out a few weeks ago, and rather than try to sell me a new one Curtis said "I fixed it so it will run anywhere from another month to five years but then you're going to need another one." Whatever it needed to be fixed right either part wasn't available or it was not fixable but he was able to patch it. He did not simply say as just about any other company would've said that "there's nothing I can do - you need a new system". He had come out a few years before for my upstairs unit - whatever that does - outside the compressor and it needed a circuit board. He said "I can order the factory one but I can get this generic one that is 30% of the cost". They've always looked after their customers and their customers remember. Companies that will come out to your house or business and just try to sell you a new system are a dime a dozen. Garick is the exception.

They were extremely fast and friendly. While my repair required several visits to my property, they were able to completely fix the issue but helped identify and prevent a gas leak that could have become a larger issue. I was fortunate to have Curtis and Doug, but I know whoever they send will be excellent.

Garick has replaced both of our home’s heating and A/C systems this year (heroically rushing to do one job when our A/C went out in the middle of the 112 degree heat and fire smoke last August). They are professional, thorough, respectful, and kept out home super clean throughout the days of work. They offered us good options and helped us make an informed decision about the best solutions for our particular needs and budget. Our home has never been more comfortable!
