Paul and Eugene were amazing! I got quotes from 3 different businesses for furnace replacement but Paul really *listened* to my needs and gave me options with thorough explanations. Eugene was prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job with installation. Valerie was also super with helping me schedule times that worked for me. I will never stop recommending Day Heating.

I have been depending this company for more than ten years for electrical and heating equipment support. On the most recent encounter, my faulty equipment was quickly corrected and returned to service, after which the technician voluntarily spent some time on customer education. In the event, the technician was familiar with both myself and my previous residence, and has many years experience. I don't want any more equipment failures, but if they were to happen, I would want no one else to deal with the problem.

I was delighted with the prompt service I received, from the moment of my early morning request for help on an Air Conditioning issue, to scheduling a visit the next day, and then finding time in their schedule to bring that forward and fit me in on that same day. All contact, with both office staff and the onsite staff, was understanding and very patient. Greg (onsite) was even willing to accommodate with a smile my tendency to make inane jokes.
