Needed ducts cleaned on a property that we are rehabbing. Lee at Prillaman was made getting the job quoted and scheduled effortless. Price for the service was in line and competitive with others. Had called others but either did not receive a response or our location was too far out of their service area. Prillaman was different in that they wanted our business. Service techs showed up on time, were courteous and expertly performed the cleaning and even sealed areas that needed attention. Definitely recommend.

Randal represents his company and his trade in top notch fashion. I feel like I know my heating/cooling system (Trane) so much better which was one of my goals in finding a H/A contractor. We have done several projects with Prillaman in our 33,000sqft facility, in both production and interior spaces. Each project was reasonably priced based on their high professional standards, completed on time, and each with high quality worksmanship. Everyone from sales to technicians were very professional and helpful answering our questions, as well as keeping us updated on project statuses. Technicians also left their job sites very clean and organized daily. I highly recommend the honest service provided by Prillaman. We have a very old HVAC unit that is limping along and we are trying to keep it running until some other upgrades on our house are done. Do you know how hard it is to find a company willing to REPAIR a unit rather than sell you a new one? I can tell you, it's almost impossible. We had at least 4 maybe 5 other local long-time HVAC companies in the area come out and tell us we had to replace the entire unit because ours was unfixable. The prices we were quoted were so inflated that it was criminal. We luckily found Prillaman and were so pleased to find some honest people left out there in the industry. We chose to buy the expensive coolant that is no longer used in units today ( but still available at a cost) to give us another 6 months or so until we are ready for the new unit. The gentleman who spoke to us about the new units was honest about the fact that the units being sold at the time of our conversation would be phased out the following year. So it benefited us in more ways than one to wait for 6 months so we wouldn't be purchasing an obsolete unit, since we weren't in a critical/emergency situation. Upon having a long discussion with Prillaman, we uncovered so many lies that had been told to us by other HVAC companies that are just in the business to sell new units, rather than repair yours. I have referred this company to all my neighbors and friends. Don't take what repair persons tell you as the gospel. Do your research, keep getting more quotes, or just save yourself some time and call the honest folks at Prillaman to start with.
