Davidson's Air Conditioning & Heating

Had Troy the tech from Davidson Air Conditioning and Heating over to service my unit. Really nice man. Plus knowledgeable and thorough.My parents and others used this company. But this is the first time i used. I would recommend them. Price more than what I paid 6 years ago for service to both heat and Air Conditioning. But I felt fair for 2025. Especially because Troy did a good job. There are companys who give you discounts for unit maintenance. I get coupons sent in mail. But having bad experience with many. I chose to give Davidsons a try.. Which its nice to have a person do the job. And not feel being taken advantage of. I was told by the company that there are discounts if they do repairs. But not on yearly maintenance. Give them a try.

I didn’t know what was wrong with my A/C system, and Davidson fixed the problem quickly. The technician was reliable and honest. I could have been told my A/C needed unnecessary repairs but the technician said it only needed a simple service. I’m grateful for being able to rely on Davidson for their integrity and workmanship. I will only call on Davidson for any future needs and this company will be the only company I will refer to others.

Troy from Davidson’s Air Conditioning and Heating came out to service our AC for the summer. Troy had been out several months before to diagnose and repair the AC. Both times, Troy was very professional and worked quickly. Happy our AC/Heating unit is in good hands.

I called Davidsons and asked what they would charge to charge my Mini Split. I explained to the lady that answered that the unit was new, and all I needed was the unit charged since we lost most of the freon during installation. She informed me that the service call would be $89.00 and that they would text me an estimate. I received the estimate via text stating that, as previously discussed, a $89.00 service call charge and an additional charge of $700 to $800 to "Repair the unit" (Remember, I asked only for the unit to be charged). I was shocked to say the least, talking about a hyperinflated estimate. It was quite obvious that all they intended to do was fleece me for $700 to $800. At this point I was totally disgusted with the estimate. My daughter showed me an add on the Next-door Ap, I called the number and explained what I needed to the technician. Within 1 hour the technician was at my home, checked the unit and stated it needed to be charged due to low freon. He charged the unit, and it worked great. TOTAL COST Service call and 1.75# of freon, $125 plus I gave him a $25 tip for his prompt service.

I've been using Davidsons for close to 10 years, personally and for my property management company. Great response time, fair pricing, honest estimates/assessments. I wish there were more companies like this out there!

Davidson’s is an awesome company to work with. They repaired our old inefficient A/C unit until we decided we needed to replace & upgrade. That was 7 years ago, we have no complaints and Davidson’s quote was several thousand less than the company that also quoted us (through Costco). My father recently (June 2024) replaced his AC -a rooftop unit that required a crane for installation. He also paid several thousand less than a very well regarded AC company that also made a bid on the work.Three of my friends have replaced their units using Davidson’s also. Everyone we have referred is very happy with their new units and even more so with the professionalism and reliability of the people that work at Davidson’s Air Conditioning and Heating. Highly recommend!

Recommend by my sister who has used them for years! Was very happy with the technician, Troy. I had my a/c checked, new filter and thermostat. Very pleased with the service and signed up for the annual plan and will have them back for my heating check up in the fall. Would highly recommend Davidson’s!
