This company is awesome!!! Tall about no nonsense honest work at a reasonable price!! The staff are very nice and helpful and the service tech was AWESOME!!! Showed up when expected, very fast and did an awesome job!!! These guys are on speed dial if I ever need anything in the future!!! And they give Military discount!!!! *I am not affiliated with them in any way, just needed my AC fixed being 110°F outside!!!

Parts Plus had everything I needed to complete my job. The Most amazing customer service i have ever had. They not only found me everything I needed for my very old 1985 Day and Night Unit, but In the process of helping me with all my needs on a very bad day with no air conditioning, I accidentally left my wallet there too. They went so far out of there way to contact and get It back to me, I cudnt even believe it. I can never thank them enough for all there honesty, loyalty, and good old fasion customer service. I will never use anyone else but "Parts Plus". The Best customer service And the most knowledgeable people Anywhere in the high desert.Try them, I guarantee you will love them

My husband ordered a motor for a AC/ heater from this company, the first one they ordered the wrong one! Thank God he didn’t pick up!They reorder and other one my husband thought that it was the wright one but it’s not!! My husband didn’t notice the signs that said no returns. He’s elderly!! Today I went back to return the motor to my surprise they said they couldn’t take it back no returns!! I’m out $408. On a fixed income!!! I guess we better be more aware of there us the elderly shop!! My next complaint it’s with the BBB!! Hopefully they can help us!!

So one of the very few places that a DIY'er can go to and actually buy parts for your HVAC system. I briefly described my issue and what I thought it was, Donald said bring the part in and we'll check it out for you. A short little drive to Victorville from my house in Apple Valley. They are over on Palmdale road in the old range RV store for us old timers LOL. Not only did he not try to sell me anything I didn't need, but he took a look at the parts I had and quickly diagnosed and confirmed what I had thought. And since I was there I had picked his brain on a few other issues. Did he try and oversell, or outright sell me something I didn't need?? No he did not! What a very knowledgeable counter person/technician Donald was. I do hope his employer realizes what a great asset he is to their company. I absolutely feel comfortable should the occasion arise again to send my wife in to get parts without being raked over the coals or sold a bunch of stuff she absolutely didn't need. Really nice people there! I just can't stress that enough! I happen to go in there this time but usually I send my wife to go get the parts that I need when I'm working on something. And as I said I'm very confident I could send her there and there wouldn't be any shenanigans such as upselling. Thank you guys so much! You absolutely will have customer retention as far as I'm concerned!

They totally saved the day. They had the exact motherboard I needed. I do think they charged at least double! But what are you going to do when it's 40* and you have no heat. All in all I was happy
