I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. They charged me $2020 above and beyond what the Home Warranty paid them (10,000+) to replace my furnace. They (GIO) was rude and raised his voice at me several times. I did not have the option of going with anyone else since it was a home warranty job. I waited weeks for them to be available and then had to have them out again to redo part of the installation because it was not working properly. The utility bill was $600+ over what it should have been because of their mistake. They were not nice about taking responsibility and fixing it. This past summer, there was an issue with the thermostat that they installed. Again, tried anything they could to get out of taking responsibility for the issue. We only used AC at that time (mid-July), so did not realize right away that heat was not working. Last week, we tried to turn on heat and it did not work. GIO wanted to charge me to go make sure it was not the thermostat. It turns out it was the installation of the thermostat that was the problem. It cost me another $165 to pay someone else to fix what he should have warranted. It's only been 4 months since that $250 thermostat repair. He also threatened to take it back out if I did not send funds electronically immediately. I know there are not a lot of choices out there when you need a reliable contractor, but I would not let this guy touch my home again if it was free. HORRIBLE from start to finish.

We had to replace our 20yrs old furnace and called WE DO HVAC. Ruben called back promptly and came on the same day to check it out. His price was reasonable and the job was done in-line with estimate. Ruben and his crew were polite, courteous and professional. He even offered to bring the space heater while we were without heat waiting for furnace installation - it was very nice of him. We had a great experience with this company, totally recommend WE DO HVAC and will definitely use them in the future.

Guy just came and removed that water trap level switch, saw that the AC turned on and just left it like that. This could have cause water damaged had I not reinstalled it, and I'm no closer to getting the underlying issue resolved.

If I could rate 100 stars I would! My home warranty sent out another company first, who misdiagnosed the problem, and left us without heat for over a month. Ruben was called and from that day on, my experience with him was stellar. He answered all my questions and communicated every step of the way. He worked with the home warranty late Friday afternoon (12/17) and by Monday morning (12/20), was able to get a brand new, more efficient furnace approved. We discussed replacing my old AC as well and he was very honest about the pros and cons of replacing at same time. I decided it was best to go ahead and replace it. He gave me a great deal and had everything installed and working properly on Tuesday 12/22! His crew was respectful and cleaned up everything before leaving. Christmas was saved!
