While renting a single family home, the central air unit completely failed. Owners had "their" guy, but I called Smith & Sons to come give an estimate. We ended up needing an entirely new system. Smith & Sons ended up giving the best price around and the ownere of the rental sided with "my guys". Once the appointments were set communication was 5 star as well via text and calls. Kyle made sure everything ran smoothly and the guys that came did the work fast and made it as though they weren't there. New system is in and running to absolute perfection. Smith & Sons is the best. Period.

Smith And Sons did a great job on repairing my mini split. Of the many companies that I called, they were the only one who would work on a mini split that they did not install. They were also the only company that could make it out quickly to look at the mini split. Kyle did the repair and coordinated with me and everything was very smooth and easy. He allowed me to observe his work so that I could potentially do the repair myself in the future. I can highly recommend using Smith And Sons based on my experience.

Smith & Sons replaced my Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system with an AC Pro system. Their installation was EXCELLENT, they replaced with a far superior system, communication was always EXCELLENT, pricing was right-on. The mini-split system broke at a beach vacation rental during the high season. Guests were arriving, time was of the essence. Smith & Sons took QUICK action with an unbelievable FAST turnaround. I highly, highly recommend Smith & Sons. They are now my go-to HVAC company. Having seven properties, I have spent too much time and wasted $ with the big box companies. Don’t hesitate to call Smith & Sons! My A/C stopped blowing cold late afternoon on a Friday. On Saturday morning, I called around to see if anyone had same-day availability. The first business I tried said they’d call me back but didn’t. I then found Smith & Sons online and because of their great reviews, I decided to give them a ring and I’m so glad I did. The office manager was friendly and clear; she treated my situation with concern and a sense of urgency. They managed to fit me in later the same day. When Kyle arrived, I briefly explained what was going on with the A/C. He then went right to work diagnosing the problem. He explained what he found, what it meant, and then gave me a couple repair options. In less than two hours, he had the A/C repaired and running.
