June 2024: I have used Comfort Air before to replace a downstairs Air conditioning unit and this time an upstairs unit. I have been completely satisfied with their work. I have had the convenience of almost instant service and no nonsense pricing both times. They are very responsive and timely. Eugene was prompt and professional and gave me all the necessary explanations and additional advice on home items that needed attention. 8/10/24: I noticed water coming from a downspout on the second floor of my home. Comfort Air sent Mike right away and he knew exactly what was causing it and fixed it on the same visit! Awesome service. no more water dripping since very pleased with this company

Had an AC emergency late at night—Mike from Comfort Air showed up around 11 PM and got it running temporarily. A month later, I called him again for a proper fix, and he made it happen the very next day. He and his team showed up on time and replaced the faulty equipment quickly and professionally. My AC is now running perfectly! Great service, fair pricing, and super reliable. Highly recommend Comfort Air for any HVAC work.

Mike and Eugene did an amazing job replacing my 20 year air conditioning and heaters. They were well priced and maintained communication through out the 2 day job. They are honest and trust worthy and will never sell you anything you don't need. They provided different options and went with what was best for what I thought was needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our AC stopped blowing cold air on day 1 of the heat wave. Called in the morning and Ida, super-friendly on the phone, was able to get me booked same-day. Then, Mike, the tech, called to let me know he could actually stop by earlier than scheduled. I took him up on it, and he arrived shortly after. Mike was highly knowledgeable AND friendly, did a detailed check of my HVAC system, diagnosed a blown capacitor, replaced the part, and had my system blowing cold within a half hour of his arrival. He was also kind enough to talk me through the in's and out's of my HVAC system which is new to me having moved recently. Definitely will give this crew a call the next time I need HVAC help, and would heartily recommend you do the same.

With Comfort Air "You get the same person (Mike) that all these good reviews are based on!" My A/Cs been broken 2 years. Airmaxx put in a heater in the winter, and I told them the A/C was also broken. They told me it worked fine. But when summer came, it didn't. They recharged it for $300 because they messed up in the winter and said it would last the summer. It didn't work the next day. So I decided to get quotes, lots of quotes, more than 5. I chose only 5 Star Yelp and google reviews, and they had to have around 100 reviews or more. Comfort Air was my last quote. They were able to give me a rough quote (that was exact) over the phone and were the most straightforward and easiest company I quoted. I had them come to my house for an official quote. Mike was friendly, not very selly and very direct and knowledgeable. I noticed all the reviews say Mike. As in, you get the same person that all those good reviews are based on. All the other companies sent different people that quote different prices within the same company, all touting they gave you a good deal. Well, Mike actually gave the best deal and didn't try to sell me that his would be the best. I accepted late Thursday night with a click of a button, and Friday morning had an email text and call saying they could start installing today if I wanted. I said yes, and it was installed by the time I needed to pick up the kids from school, less than 24 hours later. Mike came to the installation, and everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and it was so easy. They were clean and neat as well. I waited weeks to review and made sure everything worked and there were no problems. Cools down so fast and works perfectly. Quiet and Cool. Thank you Mike couldn't reccommended more.
