I had my thermostat replaced today. It died last week. Francisco V was on time, and explained what he was doing. He programmed the thermostat for each day in a week & checked on my heat pump. He was efficient with the diagnostics, courteous & service was reasonably priced. Additionally I would like to extend my appreciation to Charley, Gabriel and Carla. I would gladly recommend the company to others and would use their services again in the future.

Air Concepts is the real thing when it comes to all phases of heating and air conditioning. Special shout out to Karla , Francisco , and Anthony for their friendly and professional service. Actually had a bit of a rodent issue on outside unit that needed extra attention and resolve. Took care of all of our needs, and all questions were answered regarding our system and repairs etc. Do not hesitate to use them for your HVAC needs . Thanks again.

Anthony and Carla did a great job helping us to get our air pump replaced. The process with First American Home warranty was less that desirable to say the least. Fortunately the team at Air Concepts fought for us to resolve the repairs.

In the office, Carla worked diligently to make sure everything was completed and ordered properly. At home, Francisco and Sergio did a wonderful job, were very polite and neat and also wanted to make sure we were happy. I would Definitely recommend

Francisco and Anthony have both serviced our AC/FURNACE. Both excellent and thorough at their work on them . Also answered and explained any questions we had regarding both units. I'm conflicted because on the one hand, they came and solved my original issue and closed the case with my home insurance. But on a personal level, they made a promise to set up a smart controller on the next appointment (requires a transformer installation) and it's been a month that I'm trying to make this happen. I texted the owner, called the office, left messages.. Why promise if you are not interested ? Made me sad.

Ricardo came over for a diagnose. He is honest guy. I was told by a maintenance guy from another company that there are cracks forming in the heat exchanger. That guy was trying to sell me a mew furnace. Ricardo opened up the unit and checked the flame. Everything was fine. I'm happy to recommend this company and will switch my maintenance work with these guys in the future.
