Airtron Heating And Air Conditioning

Airton installed a variable speed split heat pump (heat and AC) as well as new insulated metal ducting throughout the crawl space in my 100-year-old home in Los Altos. I am very happy with their work. I called Luis F and he quickly returned my call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Their work was timely, very neat and of high quality. The crew did the work over a four day period including some custom fabrication to accommodate the needs of the older home. They were pleasant and professional in their work. Luis was knowledgable and patient in going over all parts of the system with me during and after the work. He is also responsive to any questions that I text to him. The heat pump provides a much cleaner, gentler and efficient temperature regulation than the previous gas furnace. And we have AC for the first time. All coming through clean and durable venting. Airtron was recommended to me by a local friend, and I will recommend them to others.

Chris, Manny and team were very meticulous, efficient and thorough for a no fuss, no muss, 5 ton HVAC installation. I am very pleased with quality of work, and as they say, the equipment manufacturer is only as good as the installer, and in this case I give Airtron 5 stars for a fantastic job, ahead of schedule (completed in 1.5 days)! Our furnace went out unexpectedly and I found Airtron on Yelp. I immediately heard back from Tito and had an inspection booked for the next day. During the inspection, Tito was upfront with us about the issues with the furnace and, ultimately, we decided that it would be best to replace it. Tito was not only able to get us a good price on the furnace and labor - seriously, we were expecting to pay double what it cost - but he also was able to get the work done two days later. We told him we had a toddler and he did everything he could to make sure we could get our heater up and running ASAP. Like any job, there were surprises along the way, but Tito and his team handled them well. It turns out our old furnace was built into the platform it sat on. This meant Tito and team had to remove the furnace and part of the platform topper, which was a little more work than expected. They did a great job and cleaned up the space after they were through. Tito even called a couple days after the installation to make sure things were working correctly. That's top-notch customer service. We will absolutely continue to do business with Airtron. They were so professional, honest and easy to work with. Thank you, Tito and team.

Tito gave us a very reasonable quote for our new heating and air conditioning system last year (2021). After a few other quotes from different contractors came, my wife and I decided to go with Airtron. Tito was very honest and patient in answering all of our questions unlike the other contractors that we met. He was very responsive and professional throughtout the whole process (from when we get the quote, installation, processing the permit, etc.). He also included a FREE Nest-E with our installation. On 3-6-25 Chris S. and Cole B. rendered services on my heating unit. Both were very professional in explaining my problem. I was also informed that my unit is getting older and I might need to consider a new unit. Again they were in agreement that my unit is in good shape but, after 13 years it may be time to consider a unit replacement. I have always been provide great service from Airtron technicians

Luis and Airtron really helped us out before a significant heat wave with our air conditioner. They were able to come to our house on short notice and diagnose the issue in a timely manner. I appreciated that they made time for us a few hours after we called even though they were already booked for the day. Thanks for the great service!

My sister is a realtor. Luis take care the ac and heating for her tenants. They put a Mitsubishi air handler for me couple months ago. Its a great job. Airtron is a wonderful working team. Everybody is so nice and skillful. I'll take their service in the future. Davey T.
