recently had a new HVAC system installed by Air Blue HVAC and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Out of all the HVAC companies who came to my house to do estimates, Sergei was so thorough that he was the only one who went up the attic to check the ducts. They took the time to assess my home’s needs, provided a clear and detailed quote right on the spot, and answered all my questions thoroughly. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, Vadim and the other Sergei were very patient with me answering my questions again as they went about doing their work, and left the space clean when they were done. Their excellent workmanship is shown in the pictures below (cables neatly tied together not in the way of things, customized air filter box, equipment very well secured, well sealed ducts, etc). Needless to say, the new system is running smoothly and has already made a noticeable difference in comfort and energy efficiency. I highly recommend Air Blue HVAC to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality HVAC service!

Our old furnace had been giving us trouble for a while, constantly cycling on and off due to electrical issues, making it clear it was time for a replacement. As is wise move for any major home improvement, we sought bids from three different HVAC companies to ensure we made an informed decision. Air Blue HVAC truly stood out. Their initial inspection was the most thorough, and the options and alternatives they presented for replacing our system were comprehensive. Sergei, the representative who conducted the inspection, was incredibly professional and friendly. He patiently walked us through his findings, explaining everything from simply replacing our gas furnace to installing a brand new heat pump system. I appreciated that he explained the pros and cons of each alternative, breaking down the technology in clear, layman's terms. He spent a lot of time with us, never once making us feel rushed or pressured into a sale. After our discussion, Sergei left, giving us plenty of space to consider the information and make a decision that were in line with both our budget and needs. While Air Blue's pricing was competitively in the middle of the bids, they offered significantly more in terms of better equipment and additional work, making their proposal the best for our needs. After consideration, I called Sergei to schedule the installation. On the day of the installation, we were introduced to a second Sergei and Vadim, all part of the team. All three individuals were friendly, highly skilled, and worked together seamlessly. They each worked on specific tasks with efficiency, handling the installation of the outside air conditioning unit, the inside air handler, and the duct work. Their attention to detail was excellent; every step was executed cleanly and properly, reflecting great pride in their work. Despite working incredibly hard throughout the first day, they were happy to show us their progress from time to time and explain various aspects of the installation. By 7:30 PM, they had accomplished a tremendous amount, completing the air handler and outside condenser unit, and even a portion of the duct work. The following day, they finished the remaining duct work, started up the entire system, tested everything, and thoroughly cleaned all the work areas. Before leaving, Sergei reviewed all the completed work in detail and provided a clear explanation of how to operate our new system. Satisfied, I then paid for the project. I could not be more happy with my new system. Our home is now very cool and comfortable. Our previous main problem area; the upstairs master bedroom, once uncomfortably warm, with little airflow has been transformed to a nice cool area due to the new unit and the much improved duct work. I also like our new smart thermostat that enables me to control its features from a wall display as well as my smartphone. I highly recommend Air Blue HVAC for all your heating and cooling needs. Their work is competitively priced, and they operate with honesty and integrity, providing straightforward estimates without any phony discounts (unlike one company that included my credit card rewards and federal incentives as part of their "savings," which were entirely separate from their service). Sergei and his dedicated team deliver a high-quality, professional installation and truly stand by their work.

Air Blue HVAC did a fantastic Job, they do what they said they are going to do, they do a very clean and professional job, I will recommend to anyone to try this company before anybody else, Sergei and his team is always on time, answer all questions you may ask and go the extra mile to get the job done, clean up at the end of the day and take the Trush out to keep the work are clean. I highly recommend Sergei and his team.

We had Air Blue HVAC come in and take a look at our current HVAC system, and Sergei was on time and recommended a couple options. The pricing seemed very fair and he also installed two new ducts and vents for us that were a tremendous help in airflow! They worked hard all day and had in done in the early evening. We even had our kids napping and they were very considerate of the noise. Everything is clean and looks great. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new system or help with their current one.

Sergei and his team were great. I met with five different companies before deciding to go with Air Blue HVAC. The reason I went with them is because when I met with Sergei for the consultation he was incredibly thorough. He answered all my questions, he examined by old system, and went up into the attic to inspect what I had up there. His team (Vladim and Sergi#2) worked nonstop from 8:30am-9pm installing a new AC condenser and furnace. After the installation was complete, Sergei walked me through everything he had done, explaining everything. I really appreciated the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used them back in March 2024, so here’s my review for that first visit. Sergei was amazing! He explained everything in terms that was easy to understand and walked me through his diagnostics each step of the way. If you like knowing how things work, and full transparency, he is your guy! He worked with my needs and budget, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything extra. Will definitely use his company again! Then I used them again just this past week in May. Sure enough I knew I had to use them again because my unit is over 25 years old. After Sergei’s first visit he had warned me that my unit could malfunction again after fixing all the little things from his visit in March, and it did. He and his team gave a very competitive price for replacing our entire HVAC system and did it the next day. Very professional and friendly. I am very happy with the result. Can’t go wrong with a true variable speed unit because of its efficiency, size, and how quiet it is! Not only is the product amazing but his service and honesty is top notch. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. I definitely recommend this company!
