Aire Serv of Sevierville

Our HVAC unit was 17 years old and original to the house. Started having issues with ut freezing up. Decided to call aire serve for a service call on a Monday morning. Technician Samantha came out and within 15 minutes found substantial freon leaks and explained that the unit was bad. Gary was out at the house by noon to go over my options. Decided to completely replace the whole unit and install was the very next day. Everyone was super considerate and professional and explained everything that they were doing, even giving me tips to extend the lifetime of the new unit. My family is very happy with the work that was done and the timeliness of it all. The new unit is cooling great, and with the wifi thermostat I am able to track my usage and monitor the temp even if I am away from home.

The technician was nice and is the only reason I gave a two star review instead of a one. Once he left and we paid the bill with a credit card.. we checked the price of the part … 379.00. They did wave the. Diagnostic.. the part can be purchased for about 20.00 to 30.00 dollars. Unit still did not work properly so we made another appointment before we realized how we had been price gouged. We canceled the appointment and asked for management to give us a call … they never called. I do not recommend this company. I do see a lot of great reviews.. I hope they were not charged/price gouged like we were. We have another company coming to help us. I seldom write a negative review but this experience was unbelievable.

We had a great experience with this company. Special shout out to the technician Samantha who helped us and got our AC running again. She was very professional, kind, a hard worker, and you can tell she really enjoys what she does and helping people out. Thank you! Absolutely recommend!

Excellent company! Called them same day after being stood up by another company and they came over in less than 2hrs! Danny was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed our air conditioning problem right away. We are definitely signing up with thei yearly maintenance plan. Great people!

Was given a price for a repair. Was not told of an itemized breakdown for the work to be done. I made the mistake of having the tech sign the work approval. I was charged 260 bucks for the tech to put a sump pump in my overflow pan and drain the water into my crawlspace. Don’t make the same mistake. Before any work is done have them forward you an Itemized proposal.

Tony Taylor serviced and cleaned my HVAC system, and took care of a small repair. He was very informative, answered all my questions and concerns. Tony did the job throughly, but also quickly. I called, and he was able to do the job the very next day, and was able to show up early. He explained the service plan without pressure, and I think it would be a good idea and save money in the future. Tony was very respectful of my home, the work, and was very friendly. Also, Nikki, that does the scheduling was very nice on the phone as well. I feel relieved with the work Tony did to my HVAC system, and thank him.

I was very satisfied with the technician, the service and the price. I had a good experience and would recommend Aire Serv to others.
