I called these guys 4:00 pm on a we are in a hurry I need this fixed ASAP. They had me on the schedule for first thing the next morning which was perfectly fine understanding how hard this project could be. The guys sent to me for the project are absolutely amazing to work with. Joe and Josh are very respectful knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Pricing is very affordable. Definitely recommend using them for any septic system projects.

They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. They worked efficiently and left the area clean when they were done. Joe from the septic team came by, identified the issues, inspected my septic tank, and walked me through a reasonable game plan, including what he recommended and what was needed. Technicians that shoot it straight and communicate are very helpful. Ambient has my septic business on this and future cabins.

My Septic tank was full and clogged. Joe showed up to analyze my Septic tank. He was professional and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I only had a guess where my Septic was located. With Joe's knowledge he hit the lid his first probe. He dug by hand down to the lid . The lid was a bit stubborn, but he didn't give up. I would recommend Joe with Ambient without hesitation. Very professional.

Lisa and Michael were awesome! I called late in the day and Michael drove quite a distance to check the HVAC that had stopped cooling. Lisa stayed in constant contact with me throughout the evening, keeping me informed as to what Michael had found. Their "same day" service was appreciated and they were very professional throughout. I was having an issue with my septic pump. I called and they were able to come out the next day. Josh and Joe were so knowledgeable and helpful. I needed people who understood septic and electric since the pump was giving us problems and after calling other septic people they were the first ones who could help me. Josh and Joe were so helpful and nice and I would definitely recommend them!
