We were satisfied with our sales rep Justin and he was helpful in clearing up confusion about our heat pump /back up gas furnace they installed end of July (the Carrier one we purchased had multiple ways it could be set up depending on house set up). The few concerns we had were addressed promptly and we were really happy with Devon’s hard work to make sure everything was running the way it was supposed to. We definitely will be specifically requesting Devon for our ongoing maintenance (if that’s allowed to request a specific tech haha).

**Edit** update to 3 starts as we received a refund and an offer to re-do the maintenance At 230 dollars price for AC maintenance service cleaning of outdoor unit are not included. Be aware! Other companies provide this service as must do step- cleaning both inside and outside. Very disappointing!

Mike Underwood was fantastic when he came out to install our air scrubber yesterday. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and patient with questions, but he's also genuinely kind; our daughter was so taken with him that she drew him a thank you picture before he left! I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication to ensuring the installation was done perfectly. Highly recommend Mike and his excellent service!

Mike Underwood @ Lifetime HVAC serviced our system again. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Last year he discovered the other Company system installers had failed to properly adjust the propane pressure after conversion from natural gas. Also, renewed the annual contract and set up a change to complimentary filters to the existing properly fitting and better MERV 11 that we prefer. The company 6 months ago replaced our worn out and leaking underhouse flexible ducts with solid galvanized ducts. Now better flow and no rodents. Excellent job. Very impressed with company and highly recommend them.

Had new heat pump installed, with location change requiring new electrical and refrigeration lines run. Great experience with lifetime from initial bid process through installation! Fair pricing, and great follow up was impressive. Their technicians were not only thorough but a pleasure. They explained everything as needed, very efficient, and very respectful of property both inside and out! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

We had such a great experience with this HVAC company! Clint came out to do our estimates and was very professional and detailed. Hugo serviced our furnace and made sure everything was in top shape. Nick handled all of the work we needed, and you can tell he’s passionate about what he does—he explained everything clearly and took pride in making sure the job was done right. A special thanks to Darrick, the owner, who went above and beyond to pull some strings so the team could help us even though we were outside of their normal service area. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. We’ll absolutely be recommending them to others!
